Responded to the area due to a w/f shoplifting and getting into a vehicle. The vehicle was located in the parking lot with three occupants. Kelly McCauley was arrested for shoplifting and given an NTA. Ronald McCotter was arrested after investigation revealed him to be in possession of paraphernalia. He was released with an NTA. Geoffrey Hughes was arrested for having crack cocaine, heroin and paraphernalia and was subsequently taken to PBCJ.

Officers responded to above address in ref. stolen vehicle. Victim advised that unknown persons stole his 1997 White in color Isuzu NPR delivery truck FL. AKAW92. Total loss $17,000. Vehicle entered NCIC.
