15-004957 Police Assist 2000 Miner Road
Officer Schalk located a stray a brown/black Yorkie Poodle on Miner Road – near Foster Mills housing development. After going door to door trying to locate the dogs’ owner; Officer Schalk took the dog to a local animal clinic to be scanned for the implanted identification microchip. After some due diligence, on the part of Officer Schalk; the dog was reunited with the grateful owner.

Victim reported that an unknown person(s) entered her Gray 2013 Honda CRV® bearing MA tag 0736 and stole her Magellan® GPS and Garmin® GPS – total value of stolen/damaged items is $750.

Victim reported that an unknown person(s) entered her Blue 2009 Nissan Sentra® bearing FL tag ARVK98 and stole her Toshiba® laptop w/ case – total value of stolen items is $1,550.
15-005015 Theft – Attempt 2300 Tuscany Way
Tuscany Security Officer reported that he confronted a W/M near/at the bicycle rack, who was tampering with the locking mechanism of a bike – given all appearances that he was going to steal the bicycle. Officers responded to the area and an area search gleaned negative results for the subject or any damages. The W/M subject is described as balding, wearing a black shirt with green writing and blue jean pants.

Officers responded to above address in ref. to a welfare check. Neighbors heard the occupant yelling for help to get up. Officers arrived and were able to assist the elderly female up. DCF was notified.

Officers responded to the above address in ref. to a victim advised that she left her Samsung Galaxy S5 next to the ab machine and when she returned it was gone. Total loss $500.
