14-49358 2320 hrs Warrant/Possession of Marijuana/R/A 1005 N Seacrest Blvd
While conducting an extra patrol at this location Officer Herny and Officer C. Rivera observed what appeared to be a drug transaction between a B/M Hardemon, Wades and a W/M who was in a green pickup truck. As soon as Officer Herny and Rivera went to investigate the truck took flight and Hardemon began to flee on foot. Officer Herny gave chase after Hardemon and after a brief foot pursuit Hardemon was taking into custody. Search incident to arrest Hardemon was found to be in possession of marijuana and an FCIC/NCIC check revealed that he had an outstanding warrant. Hardemon was TOT PBCJ.
