15-016358 Poss. of MDMA/Marijuana/Paraphernalia 2500 block of S. Federal Hwy.
Officer Esteves conducted a traffic stop and subsequently made contact with B/M Haines, Calvin (28 YOA) and W/F Luzenko, Samantha (21 YOA). A succinct investigation revealed that Haines was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia – he was subsequently released with a Notice to Appear. Furthermore, Samantha Luzenko was arrested for possession of MDMA/”Molly” – she was subsequently transported to Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-016471 Soliciting w/o a Permit – Arrest 1800 block of W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Officer Gorfido made contact with W/M Ocasio, Scott (53 YOA); who had been previously warned not to panhandle within the city limits of Boynton Beach – was actively holding a sign depicting a need for money. Based on everything known to the officer; Ocasio was charged accordingly and released with a Notice to Appear.
15-016483 Grand Theft Auto 2821 S. Federal Highway
Officers made contact with victim, who reported his Gray 2009 Honda Civic bearing FL tag F39BKJ; stolen while it was parked at the aforesaid location.
15-016511 Warrant Arrest 100 E. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Officer Dailey arrested B/M Daniels, Teddy L. (38 YOA), after a complete records check revealed an active and extraditable warrant – out of the State of Michigan. Later, Teddy was transported to Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-016524 Grand Theft Auto 803 S. Monterey Circle
Officers made contact with victim, who reported her Black 2008 Suzuki GSXR 750 motorcycle bearing FL tag 8313RA; stolen while it was parked at the aforesaid location.
15-016367 Cat Burglary NE 4th Ct. 0514hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. a Cat Burglary. The victim stated that her ex-boyfriend John Bell opened the back door of the residence and entered. The victim confronted him and as the other occupants began to wake up he ran away. Victim signed a refusal to prosecute.

Officer Gilbert assisted the owner of the above property with a trespass agreement. The signs were placed on the business properly and documented.
