16024491 1925 hours Battery / Resisting Arrest NW 2nd St
Officers responded in reference to a roommate dispute. Investigation revealed that suspect w/m David Fleishman dob 04/02/1963 had battered the victim. Upon trying to place him under arrest, Fleishman was able to break away from officers grasp and attempted to re-enter the residence and lock officers out. Officers re-engaged and Fleishman refused to comply and was ultimately tased before being placed into custody. Fleishman was processed and later lodged at PBCJ.
16-24551 0522 hours D.U.I. Arrest 2000 block Campanelli Blvd.
W/M, Adam Klein, 12/28/79, arrested for D.U.I. after investigation revealed he was intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle. He was found in the driver’s seat unconscious, and his vehicle was stopped in a resident’s front yard with two flat tires. TOT PBCJ.
16-24561 0912 hours Criminal Mischief/Shooting 613 NW 2nd St.
Victim discovered her vehicle sustained several broken windows which were determined to be caused by bullet fragments found by investigating officer. A shots fired call was received earlier in the morning at 0043 hour in the area of NW 6th Ave. and NW 4th St.
16-24574 1032 hours Burglary Auto 3020 High Ridge Rd.
Unknown person broke a window to a vehicle and rummaged through the contents within the glovebox, but nothing was reported missing. Incident occurred between 04/27 at 0900 hours and 1015 hours this morning.
16-24586 1205 hours Stolen Auto 2251 NW 1st St.
A silver 2005 Chevy Impala with FL tag # EHIK31 was reported stolen sometime between 0130 hours and 1030 hours this morning. PBSO advised the vehicle was reported involved in a hit-and-run at 0530 hours this morning, but they did not locate the vehicle. Entered FCIC/NCIC.
16024463 1651hours Accident w/Injuries/THI 1600 N. Federal Hwy
Units responded to the above location in reference to a Vehicle versus Motorcycle crash. Investigation revealed (V1) B/F Deronvil, Onide was properly stopped at the posted stop sign, in her Silver 2000 Mercury Villager, at the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Federal Hwy; facing East. (V2) W/M Wheeler, Thomas was traveling northbound on Federal Hwy on his Blue 2005 Honda VT750DC in the outside lane, approaching the intersection of NE 15th Ave. Deronvil failed to yield the right of way and crossed into the path of the motorcyclist. As a result the motorcycle forcefully struck the right rear door of Deronvil’s vehicle, causing Wheeler to be vaulted on top of Deronvil’s vehicle. Wheeler was deemed a trauma alert and transported to Delray Medical Center, where he is in stable condition. Deroncil was properly cited.
16024504 2156 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 600 E Boynton Beach Blvd.
Officers responded and located white male unconscious, with agonal breathing inside his friends vehicle. Officers and EMS performed life saving measures; he regained consciousness. He was subsequently transported to Bethesda Hospital for further treatment.
16-024413 1226 hours Suspicious Incident/Shots Fired 499 Boynton Bay Cir.
A report of shots fired in the area was received with a suspect vehicle described as a white 2dr. Another caller stated they heard shots fired in the area of NE 16th Ave. and the suspect vehicle may have been an older gray Pontiac or Oldsmobile. No contact was made with any witness/suspect/victim. No shell casings located.
The K-9 Unit performed a K-9 demo at Galaxy Elementary for the Kindergarten Early Registration and the BBPD community police Humvee was utilized as a static display.
16024273 1806 hours Shooting Into Occupied Vehicle Seacrest Blvd @ Gateway Blvd
Officers responded to the area in reference to numerous calls of several unknown black males engaged in a gun fight in which they were shooting into each other’s vehicles. The vehicles were described as a Ford Mustang convertible, white in color, with an attached registration tag of Y93HCD and a Nissan sedan, black in color. Upon arrival to the area, pieces of the vehicles were found in the roadway and investigation found that a Palm Tran bus had been struck by bullets. Evidence was photographed and collected at the scene. The tag number that was given was registered to a different vehicle out of Delray Beach. A search of the area and local hospitals yielded no suspects or victims.
16024289 1936 hours Robbery (Strong Arm) Gateway Blvd @ High Ridge
Victim reported that as he was walking, he was approached by three (3) unknown white males who began striking him with fists causing injury to his face and head area. During the encounter, the suspects stole the victim’s wallet and were last observed running from the scene. Total loss is estimated at $50.00. The victim was not forthcoming with information and later left JFK hospital against medical advice. A search of the area yielded no suspects or witnesses.

Officers and EMS performed life saving measures and he did regain consciousness. He was transported to Bethesda for further treatment.

Unknown person entered the unsecured vehicle between 2100 hours last night and 0739 hours this morning, taking $200 cash stored in the overhead vehicle sunglass compartment.
16-24149 0902 hours Burglary Auto 1394 W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Unknown person entered the vehicle by breaking a window and stole several plumbing valves, sometime between 04/27 at 0130 hours and today’s date.
16-24155 0942 hours Stolen Auto Recovery/Arrest 2821 S. Federal Hwy.
PTO Hanning and Officer Lampe located an unoccupied stolen auto (Blue Honda Civic FL tag # I5521K) in the parking lot of Homing Inn. A perimeter was setup to conduct surveillance on the vehicle. Several subjects returned to the vehicle and began driving before officers could move in. The vehicle drove to the parking lot of Walmart on S. Federal Hwy. and pulled into a parking space. Officers made contact and took the driver, W/M, John Williams, 03/19/89, into custody. Williams was charged with G.T.A. and tot PBCJ.
16-24159 0945 hours Burglary Auto 1811 Coastal Bay Blvd.
Unknown person entered the unsecured vehicle between 2330 hours last night and 0930 hours this morning, taking several pairs of sunglasses and a bottle of tequila.
16-024011 1609hrs Overdose (Non-Fatal) S. Federal Hwy
W/M was found lying unconscious in the garage. BBFR was already on scene and they were able to revive him. It was discovered that he had been injecting heroin. He was transported to the hospital for further medical treatment.
16-024019 1659hrs Burglary Residence 24th Cir
Contact was made with victim, who stated that said she left her residence at approximately 0700 this morning and returned at approximately 1700 hours. Victim said when she returned home she noticed the gate which leads to a door (master bedroom door) located on the east side of the residence was open. Victim checked the door which leads from the east side of the residence to her bedroom and notice the dead bolt was pried open. Once inside she observed that the entire room had been ransacked and noticed several items missing totaling estimated loss of approx $7,500.

Contact was made with W/M was laying on his back unconscious but still had a pulse. BBFR arrived and were able to revive him with Narcan. He was transported to Bethesda for further treatment.
