Officers met with property manager and several other victims, who reported that sometime earlier in the day (ex. 0545 hours to 1645 hours); an unknown person(s) burglarized the aforesaid units. The point of entry into each unit was the front entry door; as the door appears to be kicked or pried open, to include tampering with the dead-bolt to gain entry. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole various electronics and other miscellaneous items.
15-018768 Attempted Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 1300 SW 35th Avenue
Officers met with victim, who reported that whilst she was watching a soccer game; an unknown person(s) smashed the rear window of her vehicle – described as a 2014 Black Ford Explorer. As of this writing, it doesn’t appear anything was removed from the vehicle; however, an inventory of the vehicle will be conducted.
15-018771 Driving w/ a Revoked D/L 1300 block W. Gateway Blvd.
Officer Castro made contact with W/M Maliff, Gregg (38 YOA) during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. A complete records check of Maliff’s revealed that his driving privileges were revoked by the Great State of Florida. Maliff was charged accordingly and later released with a Notice to Appear.
15-018774 D.W.L.S./Possession of Controlled Substance 2700 block S. Federal Highway
Officer Esteves made contact with W/F Hurley, Shannon (46 YOA); during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. A complete records check of Hurley revealed that her driving privileges were suspended by the Great State of Florida; at which time, she was detained for such. Afterwards a thorough investigation was conducted – Hurley was charged with D.W.L.S. and Possession of Controlled Substance; later she was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-018776 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 1901 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 2000 and 2040 hours; an unknown person(s) burglarized her vehicle – described as a 2013 Gray Mazda CX5. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole the victim’s personal belongings from therein.
15-018640 / 18643 Shots Fired 1900 NW 2nd Ct. 0646hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to shots fired. No victims or crime scene located in the area.
15-018649 Burglary Residence SW 27th Ave. 0753hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary in progress. Victim returned home and found a H/M in her bedroom. The H/M jumped out the window and fled southbound. A perimeter was established but negative results in locating the suspect. Unknown if anything was taken at this time.
