Officer J. Rivera located a 2015 Toyota RAV4 that was involved in a carjacking earlier this date. The vehicle was taken to the sally port for processing. Vehicle removed from FCIC/NCIC. The suspect still remains at large.
15-014514 2352 hrs Misuse of the 911 System 216 NE 1st Ave
Jesse Allen Jr was arrested after investigation revealed that he called 911 multiple times and yelling obscenities at dispatch and hanging up.
15-014522 0230 hrs Found Firearm 1005 N Seacrest Blvd
Officers conducted an extra patrol in the area of ZMart and located a firearm. No one was around when it was located.
15-14393 0655hrs Stolen Auto 1625 Renaissance Commons Blvd
Contact was made with victimwho said that her son stole her car. Victim advised on 04/04/2015 at approximately 2100 hours when she went to bed. France left the keys to her car (2004 Gray LexusRX330 bearing Florida K114EG) in the center bowl of the kitchen table like she has done numerous times before. On 04/05/2015 approximately 0530 hours she woke up to throw away the trash and noticed that her vehicle was missing. Since her son had taken her vehicle before she waited a while before calling 911. She came back in the house and double checked, and the keys were still missing from the bowl. At approximately 0711hrs her son arrived home, placed the keys to the car in the center bowl of the kitchen table and went to bed. When she tried to talk with him about what he had done he became defensive and denied taking the vehicle. Based on the facts investigated it was determined that her son did knowingly obtain or use, or endeavor to obtain or use the 2004 Gray Lexus RX330 bearing Florida K114EG, which was property of his mother. He was placed under arrest for G.T.A and transported him to the Boynton Beach Police Department where he was processed and turned over to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
15-14394 0658hrs Stolen Auto 2006 S. Federal Hwy
Contact was made with the complainant w/f Santise, Rose M. DOB 02-03-35 who stated she woke today and went out to go to her 2014 Black Toyota 4/door Camry vehicle bearing FL Tag #T280ZH, w/Decal #00414870, and it was gone. Santise stated she last saw her vehicle on 04-03-15 at appx. 2100 hrs when she parked, and secured it in the parking lot. Santise stated she had no idea on any possible suspects, and did not give anyone permission to use her vehicle. Santise stated she did have the keys to her vehicle. The vehicle along with the tag, and decal were entered into N/FCIC as stolen.

Enrique Inclan was arrested after investigation revealed that he intentionally struck a woman’s vehicle with his. During the argument Inclan punched her in the face. He was later forwarded to C.J.
15-14268 1240hrs Burglary Grove Rd
Contact was made with victim who advised that an unknown suspect(s) stole his red Toro push lawnmower ($75 value). The lawn mower was stored in his screened back patio. Victim saw the mower on 04-03-15 at 2200 hours, and noticed it was missing this morning at 0700. The patio doors were unlocked, and there was no other damage. Total loss is estimated at $75. Victim described the push lawnmower as an older model, red body with black engine (unknown serial number).
15-014159 2001 hrs Resisting W/O Violence/Poss of Marijuana and Paraphernalia 100 NE 4th St.
Officer Webster attempted to stop Kevin Gagnon after he was riding his bicycle w/o a headlight. Gagnon then dropped his bike and began to flee. Gagnon then tripped over the railroad tracks as he turned to face Officer Webster. When Gagnon turned to run again, Officer Webster deployed his Taser, striking him in the chest area. Gagnon was taken into custody and found to have marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his pockets. Transferred to CJ.

Block party (DJ) with approx. 30. The crowd was disbursed W/O incident.
15-014198 0027 hrs Shots Fired 1213 NW 4th St. (Cherry Hill Market)
Approximately ten shots heard but no evidence located.
15-14043 0735hrs Aggravated Battery W/Firearm
Units responded to this location in ref to shots fired, where it was advised that there was an H/M Rivera, Arnaldo DOB 08-31-69 shot. It was advised via dispatch the suspect was leaving the scene in a silver Honda Accord. Units arrived on scene and were able establish that the victim was shot in the leg and were able to obtain the suspect’s name H/M Rivera, Darwin DOB 03-01-82. The victim advised he was in an argument with the suspect over a woman H/F Rivera, Aida DOB 08-15-78 and that’s when the suspect shot him. During the investigation Officers on perimeter were able to locate the vehicle that left the scene at 3016 E. Palm Dr. Perimeter was established and Aida was able to make contact with Darwin via telephone and convinced him to come out of the residence. Darwin was detained and transported to BBPD and TOT D-Bureau. CSI responded. After D-Bureau investigation Darwin was charged and TOT PBCJ.
15-14084 1205 hrs Stolen Auto 200 Mentone RD
Contact was made with victim in the department lobby. Victim stated that an unknown person stole his 1999 Chevy bearing FL tag 063QYX from in front of 200 Mentone Road between April 2, 2015 1800 hours and April 03, 2015 at 0700 hours. A BOLO form was completed to have the vehicle entered into F/NCIC as stolen.
