15-014656 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 1300 SW 35th Avenue (Caloosa Park)
Officers met with victim who reported that after parking her vehicle, at the aforesaid location, when she returned to her vehicle she noticed that an unknown person(s) smashed the window of her Red Lexus – resulting in an unknown person(s) reaching through the opening and stealing her purse w/ contents. Possible suspects are (2) B/M’s occupying a Black Chevy truck (described as having tinted windows) was seen in the area.

Possible suspects are (2) B/M’s occupying a Black Chevy truck (described as having tinted windows) was seen in the area.
15-014700 DWLS/Possession of Marijuana 1700 block of N. Federal Highway
Officer Castro arrested B/M Michel, Patrick (25 YOA), after a traffic stop revealed that the driver’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle, were suspended, by the Great State of Florida. An inventory of the subject vehicle in preparation to have the vehicle towed; revealed marijuana therein. Michel was charged accordingly and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear (NTA).
15-014705 Possession of Marijuana/Controlled Substance 500 block of N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officers Vargas arrested W/M James Gomperts (52 YOA), after a detailed investigation revealed that Gomperts was in possession of 14 grams of marijuana. Search of Gomperts’ person, post arrest, gleaned a sandwich-style baggie containing nine (9) Xanax® pills and one (1) Alprazolam® pill. After being charged appropriately; Gomperts was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without further incident.
15-014724 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident Boynton Lakes Blvd./Paxford Lane
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.
15-014736 Burglary (in progress) to a Fenced Compound – Arrest 506 NE 3rd Street (City Towing)
Officer Esteves, in collaboration with Officers Castro and James; arrested B/M Griffin, Donald (36 YOA), after the witness observed Griffin jump the perimeter fencing of the tow yard and possibly burglarize a vehicle on their lot. Further investigation is needed if, in fact, Griffin did burglarize a vehicle. City Towing is going to provide the surveillance camera footage, at a later time. After being charged appropriately; Griffin was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without further incident.
15-014737 Residential Burglary – Delayed New Lake Drive
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime on April 6th, an unknown person(s) forced entry into his residence/unit. After entry, the unknown person(s) rummaged through personal belongings – stole miscellaneous electronics/etc.
15-014650 Stolen Florida Tag 2100 block of W. Woolbright Road
Officers made contact with victim, who reported FL tag T102RM was stolen from the rear bumper of his Blue 2007 Dodge Charger; while it was parked at the aforesaid location.
15-014661 Stolen Florida Tag 100 block of New Lake Drive
Officers made contact with victim, who reported FL tag 473AHH was stolen from the rear bumper of his Red 2009 Mazda 3; while it was parked at the aforesaid location.
15-014608 R/A Without 1614 N. Seacrest Blvd. 1321hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to animal control attempting to issue criminal citations. The subject Roderick Shelton refused to sign for the citations after numerous warnings. He was arrested taken to BBPD processed released with an NTA and the signed citations.
