18-039416, 18-039419, 18-039420 Burglary to Auto NW 10th Ct 1944 hours
Officers responded to several burglaries to auto in the area of Palm Beach Leisureville. Some small items were taken from various vehicles and other vehicles were ransacked with no items missing.
18-039440 Susp. Inc. Shots Fired 2490 NW 2nd St 2125 hours
Officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired at the above location. Officers searched the area but did not locate any evidence to support the allegations. Local hospitals were checked and asked to look out for victims with GSW.
18-39322 1057 hrs Stolen Auto 1536 S. Federal Hwy.
Silver 2011 Honda Civic (FL tag AQGG94).
18-39337 1315 hrs Failed to Stop 400 NE 26th Ave.
Officer Herny observed a dark purple Mazda CX-9 (FL tag EHST60) accelerate from the area where he was recovering a stolen vehicle. The Mazda was found to also be stolen and Officer Herny attempted to stop the vehicle, but terminated his attempt after it was apparent it would not stop. Vehicle was last seen northbound on I-95.
Above vehicle located at approximately 1626 hours, by the efforts of Officer James and Officer Munro, driving at high speed in the area of Mentone Rd. and Orange St. During an attempt to stop the vehicle, it lost a wheel and became disabled. Several occupants bailed from vehicle, however; the driver, a 13 yoa juvenile B/M, was located and arrested after a perimeter successfully contained him. Investigation on-going.
18-39364 1512 hrs Stolen Motorcycle Trailer 1475 W. Gateway Blvd.
A custom 3-motorcycle trailer with FL tag #Z11GDF was stolen from the parking lot of Hampton Inn between 2130 hours last night and 1450 hours this afternoon.
18-39375 1600 hrs Narcotic Arrest 1000 block N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Herny arrested B/M, Eddie L. Weal, 12/27/89, after a traffic stop on the driver for a traffic violation. Weal was found to be in possession of .8 grams “crack” cocaine and 2.3 grams of marijuana. He was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest without Violence and Driving While License Revoked. TOT PBCJ.
18-39385 1800 hrs Aggravated Assault Arrest 801 N. Congress Ave.
W/M, Adel A. Ramzy, 10/10/83, was arrested after investigation revealed he pushed an employee of an adjacent food court business and then retrieved a knife and threatened to kill the employee. Ramzy was apparently upset at a potential customer choosing to taste a sampling of food at the adjacent business instead of the business he is employed at.
