Victim was found unresponsive/agonal breathing. BBFD arrived on scene began lifesaving measures and was subsequently transported to Bethesda Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
16-043716 Suspicious Person 123 NW 10th Avenue 18:23 hours
A fight occurred involving a B/M later identified as Kevin Frantz Bernardin (10/25/94) within the 100 block of NW 10th Avenue. The subject was observed by anonymous callers pointing a gun at numerous individuals. Officer Schalk observed the suspect vehicle traveling west on NW 10th Avenue. A traffic stop was performed with additional units. As a result of his failure to comply with multiple lawful orders, he was tased and taken into custody.
16-043735 Suicide Threat 480 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. 20:34 hours
Crisis hotline notified BBPD they received a call from an unknown female, who advised she was going to kill herself and that she was at an unknown hotel in Boynton Beach. Detective Athol was able to make contact with the woman and learned she was in the parking lot of the Boynton Inn. BBPD units responded to the area and the subject was Baker acted.

Units responded to the above address in reference to a delayed stolen vehicle which was taken sometime overnight. Upon arrival they met with the victim who stated unknown suspect(s) stole her 2014 Maroon Toyota Highlander bearing FL tag LITAG8. The spare key was accidently left in the center console. Vehicle was subsequently entered into F/NCIC as stolen.

Units responded to the above address in reference to a delayed stolen vehicle which was taken sometime overnight. Upon arrival they met with the victim who stated unknown suspect(s) stole her 2007 Red Saturn Ion bearing FL tag CSM1I. Keys were left inside the vehicle. Vehicle was subsequently entered into F/NCIC as stolen.
16-043647 1128 hours Robbery by Sudden Snatching 3625 S. Federal Hwy.
Units responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a robbery in progress. While en route it was gleaned the suspect had snatched the victim’s IPhone from his hip and ran North Bound on Federal Hwy. Estimated cost of loss is $600.
