15-038154 0827 hours Burglary to Auto (Delayed) SE 30th Avenue
Victim advised unknown suspect(s) burglarized an unsecured, 2003 Acura MDX. Incident of occurrence between, August 17, 2015 22:00 hours and August 18, 2015 09:00 hours. Stolen from the vehicle was the victim’s black wallet containing a FL DL, and Social Security Card.
15-038301 Burglary SW 18th St. 0722hrs
Officers responded to the above address in ref. to a suspicious incident. Upon arrival the complaint stated that there was an unknown W/M on his enclosed patio possibly dead. The suspect was not deceased, and was arrested for the burglary.
15-038341 Burglary SW 7th Ave. 1231hrs
Officers responded to the above address in ref. to a burglary. Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) entered his sally port bathroom and took his 2.5 ton floor jack.
15-038369 Warrant Arrest 3200 S. Congress Avenue
Officer Esteves arrested B/M Cedrick Caldwell, after a complete records check revealed that Cedrick had an active warrant. Later, Cedrick was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-038370 Credit Card Forgery/Resisting a Merchant – Arrest 550 N. Congress Avenue
Officer Grigorian arrested B/M Calveti Nyabingi and B/F Nadia Kendrick, after a thorough investigation revealed that they attempted to purchase merchandise with a fraudulently manufactured credit card. When Best Buy® personnel notified Nyabingi that the credit card was a forgery; he began to physically fight the Loss Prevention Officer (LPO) in an attempt to flee. During the physical altercation with the LPO, an unpurchased computer was damaged. Nyabini was charged with Criminal Mischief and Credit Card Forgery, and Resisting a Merchant. Kendrick was charged with Credit Card Forgery. Afterwards, Nyabingi and Kendrick were processed; they were transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
