17-068965 1825 hours Recovered Stolen Auto 213 W Boynton Beach Blvd
Officer Montoute observed a gold 2014 GMC Yukon bearing FL tag 308MTI towing a brown Mazda pickup truck bearing FL tag 165QIA in the 100 block of E Boynton Beach Blvd. The improper towing was causing sparks to fly across the roadway. A traffic stop was conducted and the trucks pulled behind the business at 213 W Boynton Beach Blvd. Dispatch advised that the Yukon was reported stolen out of Palm Springs. A felony stop was conducted and the driver and passenger detained. Post Miranda, the driver W/M Joseph A. Cotromano admitted he “borrowed” the car in exchange for crack cocaine. The passenger had no knowledge that the Yukon was stolen as he was the owner of the Mazda. Cotromano was processed and sent to county jail.
17-068966 1834 hours Possession of Contraband 100 NW 3rd Avenue
NIU was on patrol looking for individuals who were wanted for sale of narcotics from a previous investigation when the spotted a blue 2010 Infinity G37 registered to B/M Kerry M. McCray DOB 03-05-77 who was one of these individuals. A traffic stop was conducted and McCray was arrested. Post-Miranda McCray acknowledged being in possession of additional narcotics (crack cocaine and heroin). McCray was processed and sent to county jail on the previous case and the new charges.
17-069044 2249 hours Overdose (Non-fatal) 911 S Federal Hwy
Officers responded to the Ann Marie Tiki Hut Hotel in reference to an overdose. The patient was conscious and breathing upon their arrival but advised he had snorted heroin. BBFD transported him to Bethesda Hospital.
17-069067 0056 hours DWLS (Felony) 300 S Congress Avenue
Officer Castro observed a white 2009 Chevy Impala bearing FL tag Y44VZV driving erratically in the 800 block of W Boynton Beach Blvd. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as B/M Nickson Bureau DOB 03-13-80. A Driver’s License check revealed Bureau had a suspended license for Financial Responsibility. The D/L check also revealed that he had four (4) previous convictions for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked. Bureau was processed and sent to county jail.

The victim advised that sometime between 1700hrs last night and 0800hrs this morning an unknown suspect(s) burglarized his white 2011 Ford F150 (FL #Y76NRJ). A tool pouch containing approx. $500 in miscellaneous tools was taken.

The victim advised that sometime between 2030hrs last night and 0740hrs this morning an unknown suspect(s) burglarized his white 2013 Ford F150 (FL #IELU43). Approximately $3,500 in tools was taken.

The victim advised that sometime between midnight and 1100hrs today an unknown suspect(s) stole his black 2007Audi (FL #HHCM92) from the driveway of his residence. Vehicle was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.
