Sometime between 0000 and 1700 hours on this date, unknown persons stole the victim’s Florida License plate of JGLD12 from his vehicle. License plate entered into FCIC/NCIC.

B/M/J was arrested after it was discovered he had 7 juvenile pick up orders for him. He was TOT JAC.
19-003690 Possession Contraband 1200 NW 4th Street 20:22 hours
B/F Grant, Kenyatta was charged with possession of marijuana <20 grams and released with an NTA subsequent to a traffic stop by Officer Barrios for an expired tag.

W/M Franklin, Ryan was charged with possession of marijuana <20 grams and released with an NTA subsequent to a traffic stop by Officer Donnino for equipment violation.
19-003706 Possession Contraband 1521 W. Boynton Beach Blvd 21:34 hours
B/M Charlot, Daphnol was charged with possession of marijuana <20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and released with NTA subsequent to a traffic stop by Officer Sohn for speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone.
19-003742 Recovered Vehicle N Congress Ave / Sandalwood 00:59 hours
Officer Donnino attempted a traffic stop on a White Ford Econ Van (FL Reg 248PEU) for an equipment violation. The driver attempted to flee before he stopped the vehicle in the rear parking lot of Kohl’s. All three occupants bailed from the vehicle. Units bolo’d the area however no subjects were located. The vehicle was stolen out of PBSO jurisdiction.
19-003600 Burglary (Auto) 1641 NW 3rd Ln. 0736hrs.
Caller advised that unknown suspect(s) removed the vehicle front passenger window and stole property from within the vehicle.
19-003615 Theft Motor Vehicle Parts 16 Southern Cross Cir. 1051hrs.
Caller advised that unknown suspect(s) stole one wheel off of their vehicle.
High visibility patrol in the NE section of the City to discourage ATV and dirt bike issues.
19-003579 Strong Arm Robbery E. Ocean Ave / NE 4th St 0240 hours
Officers were dispatched to a suspicious incident at the above intersection. The officers met with an intoxicated male who was the victim of a robbery. The victim said he was riding his bicycle when he was attacked by 3 other males. The suspects punched and kicked the victim as he fell to the ground. The suspects then took $180 from the victim’s pockets. The victim recognized one of the suspects. The victim had visible injuries that were treated by BBFD paramedics. Investigation ongoing.
19-3411 Burglary Business 640 W. BBB 0658 hours
Units responded Palm Beach Eyes at 640 W. BBB in reference to a burglary in progress. A passerby notified Ofc. Lauture that an unknown male was observed exiting the east doors of the business fleeing on a red bike. The male was wearing all black. Entry was made through the south side “drive-thru” window. Thousands of dollars of Thomas Ford sunglasses were taken. Crime scene responded and processed the scene. Investigation ongoing.
19-3422 Felony Retail Theft 3200 Old Boynton Rd. 0847 hours
B/M Marlow, Anthony L was taken into custody after he removed approximately $482 dollars’ worth of property from the store without paying for it. Marlow was taken into custody by officers and TOT PBCJ.
19-3430 Auto Burglaries 475 Boynton Bay Circle 0945 hours
Overnight to a 2013 gray Toyota Camry and a 1995 red Ford Ranger. One vehicle had the window smashed the other appears to be left unlocked. It appears one of the victim’s credit cards was used at the Shell Station possibly at Gateway Blvd. and Federal Hwy. and the Chevron at the Blvd. and Federal Hwy. It was also used later in the morning at a RaceTrac gas station.
19003298 Accident /INJ 3600 S. Congress Avenue 17:59 hours
An accident involving four vehicles occurred on S. Congress Avenue just south of Summit Dr. A driver of one of the vehicles was taken to Delray Medical Center for head injuries. THI and Crime Scene responded to scene.
19-3214 Burglary Vessels 132 Harbors Way 0728 hours
Overnight 2 w/m’s climbed the wall from Intracoastal Park and broke into 4 vessels. 4 flat screen Garmin GPS’s were stolen from the boats. Some of the owner’s had serial numbers for their stolen equipment.
19-003137 1729 hours Burglary Auto 801 N Congress Ave
Between 1630 hours and 1800 hours, unknown suspects broke the rear driver window of the victims Ford F150. Once inside, the suspects stole several bags containing the victim’s gym clothes and wallet.
19-003318 1756 hours Agg Battery over 65/Burglray 3200 Old Boynton Rd
Victim #1 placed her purse inside her vehicle while loading the items she purchased inside the business. W/M later identified as Bradley Loveridge entered the vehicle and stole the purse. While attempted to flee the scene in his black in color Kia Forte bearing FL tag HSUT91, Loveridge intentionally struck Victim #2 (who was attempting to stop the theft she witnessed) with his vehicle. Loveridge then struck Victim #1 with his vehicle as he fled the parking lot. Loveridge was located by CRT and D-Bureau Officers. Loveridge provided a full confession and was charged with the additional Burglaries. TOT PBCJ.
19-003163 2032 hours Retail Theft 1500 SW 8th St
W/F Samantha Fezette was arrested after she selected $1,266 worth of merchandise from the business and decided to leave without paying. Once being approached by LP, Fezette ditched the merchandise and fled on foot. Fezette was detained in the parking lot by officers. TOT PBCJ.
19-003170 2123 hours Battery Over 65/Battery Leo 414 New Lake Dr
W/F Erinn Saland was arrested after investigation revealed she battered her roommate following an argument. While placing Saland in a patrol vehicle for transport, she kicked Officer Malley in the groin. Saland was TOT PBCJ.
