17-451 1517 hours Burglary/Auto (Arrest) 240 NE 12th Avenue
Tomas Collier was arrested for Burglary/Auto after an investigation revealed that he broke the window on the victim’s vehicle and entered it without permission. He was processed and sent to the Palm Beach County Jail.
17-518 2054 hours Robbery/Armed (Person) 1005 W. Gateway Blvd
Officers responded to a robbery in the parking lot of Publix. The victim advised that he went to Publix to sell his I-Phone at a safe location. While waiting, one of the suspects grabbed his phone and ran to a waiting vehicle. When the victim chased after the suspect, he managed to get into the open door of the suspect vehicle. As he did, one of the suspects pointed an unknown type handgun at him and the vehicle then fled the area. Detective Bureau personnel responded and the investigation is on-going.
17-533 2206 hoursPursuit/Arrest Gateway/I-95
PTO Herny and his OIT located a vehicle matching the description from the above armed robbery (#17-518). The vehicle was reported stolen from Coral Springs earlier in the day. When the vehicle failed to stop, a pursuit was initiated. The pursuit continued on I-95 until the vehicle exited on Indiantown Road where it was stop-sticked by Jupiter PD. A high-risk stop was initiated and all four JUVENILE suspects were taken into custody without incident.
17-536 2247 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 3310 Loren Road
An unconscious male was located near the above address. He was transported to Bethesda Hospital in stable condition.
