Units responded to the above address in reference to a delayed stolen vehicle. Upon arrival the victim reported their 2015 Black Tao 50cc Motor Scooter bearing FL tag 6477RW as stolen. Crime scene was negative-the scooter was subsequently entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.

Suspect(s) smashed the front glass door to the business and stole property from within. Unknown time frame.
17-43431 R/A/Disorderly Intoxication 1634 S Federal Hwy 1957hrs
Officers responded to the above address in reference to a male on the sidewalk. Investigation resulted in probable cause for disorderly intoxication. The man resisted officers’ efforts and was additionally charged.

Officers attempted a traffic stop on a gray Hyundai bearing FL HMMB10. The vehicle failed to yield entering I95 SB. Efforts to stop the Hyundai were discontinued.

Victim advised that he observed a black male inside his vehicle with a flashlight. The suspect fled upon seeing the victim. Property was stolen from the vehicle. It is unknown if the vehicle was locked or unsecured at the time of the burglary, no signs of forced entry.
17-043294 0736hrs Motor Vehicle Theft Attempt 1418 Harvard Ln.
Witness advised that he saw a black male inside his neighbors vehicle. The suspect took flight upon being questioned by the witness. Another witness saw the suspect enter the SouthTech property, where a pair of shoes matching the description of those worn by the suspect were located. The suspect was not located.

Caller advised that suspect broke the driver side front window of the vehicle and rummaged through the vehicle paperwork. It is unknown whether anything is missing at this time.

Victim advised that they returned home to find the residence burglarized. Unknown suspect(s) entered the residence sometime between 07/27/2017 and todays date and stole property from within.

17-43196 Fail to Stop/Poss Marijuana<20g 1500 S Congress Ave 2120hrs Officers working a Traffic DUI Saturation attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The vehicle initially appeared to enter the gas station parking lot to yield. The driver made several turns around the pumps and then exited the parking lot striking another vehicle, a curb and another vehicle. The driver entered the Stonehaven development and was taken into custody. Vehicle 4212 sustained minor damage to the driver’s door. SIR in progress. Wolfson Francois (traffic charges) and Jacquline Noltion (warrant) were arrested and tot PBCJ. 17-042998 0410hrs Motor Vehicle Theft 503 Victory Cir. Complainant’s boyfriend advised that he observed the black 2017 Jeep Renegade, FL tag 471YFL, being stolen at approximately 0400hrs by unknown suspect(s). The vehicle is an Enterprise rental. 17-043048 0952hrs Burglary Structure 215 High Point Blvd. Complainant advised that an unknown suspect entered the clubhouse and stole property from within. Review of the surveillance video shows a male entering the clubhouse at approximately 0121hrs and leaving at approximately 0125hrs. 17-043052 0957hrs Burglary Auto 611 NE 10th Ave. Complainant advised that unknown suspect(s) entered her unsecured vehicle sometime between 07-24-2017 and 0900hrs today and stole two (2) passports and two (2) birth certificates, the vehicle interior was also ransacked. 17-042881 1734 hours Burglary Residence 73 Citrus Park Lane. Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his residence between 0800 and 1700 hours by breaking the front door. Once inside the suspects ransacked the house and removed numerous items including electronics and jewelry. 17-042956 2356 hours Assault LEO/Trespass after Warning 1005 N Seacrest Blvd. Officers were conducting an extra patrol at EZ Mart when contact was made with B/M Tyrus Hardimon who refused to leave the property after several warnings. Officers attempted to take Hardimon into custody however he did not comply and took a fighting stance at officers. Hardimon was then tased and taken into custody. Hardimon was medically cleared and later TOT PBCJ. SIR in progress. The B3/4 platoon responded to 2 non-fatal overdoses during the course of the shift.
