16038214 1859 hrs Robbery w Firearm/Armed Burglary/Agg Batt Texas Roadhouse 3001 Old Boynton
Investigation revealed that Suspect b/m Christopher Charles dob 07/21/1989 had become angry over an online purchase of a cell phone from the victim. Charles met with the victim in the parking lot of the above business and reached into the victim’s vehicle and immediately began striking him in the face with his fists. Charles then brandished a handgun and used it to strike the victim in the face before reaching further into the vehicle and removing the vehicle’s keys and a gym bag. Officers recovered the weapon and the victim’s property that had been hidden in Charles’ vehicle. Post Miranda, Charles provided a full written confession of the events. He was arrested, processed, and lodged at PBCJ.

Unknown person entered the vehicle between 2200 hours last night and 0730 hours this morning. $45.00 was taken from a wallet within and the subject attempted to steal the audio unit.

Unknown person entered the unlocked vehicle between 2200 hours last night and 0740 hours this morning, removing $5.00 in loose change.

Unknown person entered the vehicle between 0200 and 0800 hours, removing a wallet with a FL DL in it.

A black 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe with FL tag #915YBI, was stolen sometime between 0945 and 1015 hours.

Unknown person entered the unlocked vehicle between 1230 hours yesterday and 1230 hours today, ransacking the contents within.

Between 1745 hours on 07/08/16 and 0730 hours on today’s date, an unknown person(s) entered a Ford F-150 by breaking a window. The vehicle was ransacked and miscellaneous tools were removed.

Between 1630 hours on 07/08/16 and 0750 hours on today’s date, an unknown person(s) entered an unlocked Toyota Prius and ransacked the vehicle.

Between 2130 hours on 07/08/16 and 0830 hours on today’s date, an unknown person(s) entered an unlocked GMC Yukon and removed approximately $25.00 cash.
16-37966 0748 hours Battery (Arrest) 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd Officers responded to Bethesda Hospital in reference to a delayed battery. The investigation revealed that Juan Alvarado-Lopez (02/05/92) intentionally struck one of the nurses in the chest when they were providing him medical attention. Alvarado-Lopez admitted he struck her because he did not like the way that she helped him on to the hospital bed. He was arrested for Battery on a Medical Care Provider and sent to the Palm Beach County Jail.
16-37749 0741 hours Burglary/Auto 815 South Road Between 1845 hours on 07/07/16 and 0745 hours on today’s date, an unknown person(s) entered an unlocked Chevy SUV and removed some earrings.
16-377753 0840 hours Burglary/Theft 1040 W. Industrial Avenue
Officers responded to Xtreme Performance Marine in reference to a theft of marine equipment from inside the fenced yard. It was determined that miscellaneous electronics were taken from one vessel and the lower engine units from two additional vessels. Entry was made by cutting a 3×3 section of the fence.

Officers responded in reference to an unattended back-pack. Upon arrival, it was determined that it contained miscellaneous clothes and most likely belonged to an unknown homeless person.
