15-022291 Residential Burglary – Delayed SW 8th Avenue
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 0715 hours and 1715 hours on June 1st; an unknown person(s) burglarized her residence. The point of entry into the residence was a side non-glazed pedestrian door. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole various electronics and other miscellaneous items. Crime Scene was conducted.
15-024429 Disorderly Conduct/Poss. of Marijuana & Paraphernalia 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd. (BMH)
Officer Esteves made contact with H/M Juan Velasquez (37 YOA), after Velasquez was allegedly smoking marijuana in emergency room #10 whilst he was awaiting medical treatment. When officers made contact with Velasquez, he was shouting vulgarities towards staff – which was audibly heard by other patients. He was arrested for disorderly conduct. Search incident upon arrest gleaned Velasquez was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Later, Velasquez was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-024433 Warrant Arrest 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd. (BMH)
A continuation from the above incident; Officer Esteves additionally charged H/M Juan Velasquez (37 YOA), after a complete records check revealed two (2) active warrants (i.e. Failure to Appear and Grand Theft Auto).
15-024454 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed Heather Cove Drive
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between June 1st at 1830 hours and June 2nd at 0715 hours; an unknown person(s) burglarized her vehicle – described as a Blue 2002 Ford SportTrac. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole the victim’s personal belongings.
15-024461 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed Meadows Park Lane
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 0300 hours and 0400 hours; an unknown person(s) burglarized his vehicle – described as a Silver 2011 Nissan Rogue. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole the victim’s personal belongings.
15-024495 Driving While License Suspended 500 block NW 13th Avenue
Officer Vargas made contact with W/F Susan Haught; during a traffic crash investigation at the aforesaid location. A complete records check of Haught revealed that her driving privileges were suspended. She was arrested and then released with a Notice to Appear.
15-024362 GTA New Lake Dr. 0701hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a theft of a motorcycle. The victim stated that sometime last night unknown suspect(s) took her white in color Kawasaki motorcycle Ninja 600 FL tag 6754LC. Motorcycle entered NCIC.
15-024390 Accident / DUI 300 N. Congress Ave.1048hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to an accident. Accident investigation conducted, the driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for DUI. He was taken to PBCJ.
15-024410 Burglary Residence NE 1st St. 1405hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary. The victim stated that the residence was secure when she left this morning, and upon returning home today she found the front door unlocked. The window in the bathroom was pushed in. There were things moved about but nothing taken.

Officer Esteves arrested W/F Danielle Palermo (23 YOA), after a complete records check revealed two (2) active warrants (i.e. Failure to Appear and Driving While License Suspended). Later, Palermo was transported to Palm Beach County Jail.
15-024307 ttempted Residential Burglary – Delayed SW 1st Street
Officers met with victim, who stated that reported that sometime earlier in the day (ex. 0000 hours to 1700 hours); an unknown person(s) attempted to burglarize theresidence; the front entry door had fresh pry marks. As of this writing nothing was reported missing/stolen.

Officers responded to above address in ref. to a theft. Unknown suspect(s) took 2 City Ordinance signs from the area.
15-024250 Burglary Residence (Occupied) Mentone Rd. 1223hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary in progress. Victim stated that when she returned home an unknown B/M suspect with dreads, white shirt, black pants exited the bathroom and then ran into the bedroom where he crawled out of a window and fled the area. Nothing taken.
