17-031299 0428 hours Burglary (auto) 1630 Stonehaven Drive #5
Victim reported that between 1845 hours on 06/04/17 and 0400 hours this date unknown subject(s) entered his white 2017 Hyundai 4-dr bearing FL tag CRQP56 by smashing out the driver’s side front window. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) stole his wallet containing $280 cash and miscellaneous credit cards from the vehicle’s center console.
17-031304 0555 hours Stolen Auto 850 W Gateway Boulevard
Victim reported that at 0030 hours her friend left victim’s purple 2014 Nissan Rogue parked along the side of the business (7-11 Mobil on the Run) with the engine running and keys with the vehicle. Moments later the SUV bearing FL tag EKFT37 was missing. The SUV was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.

Victim reported that between 2030 hours on 06/04/17 and 0615 hours this date unknown subject(s) entered his white 2015 Chevy Silverado pickup bearing FL tag 639TUK by smashing out the Driver’s side window. Once inside the unknown stole the victim’s wallet containing $20.

A resident was walking his dog near the dock at Manatee Bay when he observed a large piece of bone or type of skeletal remains lying on the shoreline. Crime Scene responded to collect the bone and transport it to the Medical Examiner office for further identification.
17-031334 1054 hours Armed Robbery (Firearm) 111 W Woolbright
Victim/ Manager of the Shell Gas advised that at 1050 hours a medium sized white male approximately 5’ 11” wearing a black shirt and blue jeans entered the business; pulled out a black handgun (Unknown make/model) and demanded money. Victim opened register and gave him cash. The male then left the store and fled in a black pick up.
17-031378 1429 hours Overdose (Fatal) 1805 Coastal Bay Blvd
Officers responded reference to a 27 year old female not responsive in the bathroom. BBFD arrived and declared the female deceased. Decedent had a history of drug use. Crime scene and D-Bureau responded.
Heavy rain and flooding caused Seacrest Boulevard to be temporarily closed south of Gateway Boulevard to the 2000 block. The roadway has since reopened.
