17011406 1651 hours Fleeing and Eluding 1000 S Seacrest
Officers initiated a traffic stop on Chevy Camaro, white in color (no registration tag) for reckless driving. The vehicle failed to yield and continued its’ disregard for public safety. Officers terminated their efforts and the vehicle was last observed traveling west on Woolbright Rd. towards I-95.
17011445 1953 hours Battery LEO x 2 / Resisting 505 N Broughton Square
Officers responded in reference to a drunk pedestrian. Upon arrival contact was made with w/f Stephanie Front dob 10/21/1988. Front was extremely intoxicated and immediately became confrontational and did strike the investigating officer in the lower leg. Upon being placed under arrest she continued to violently resist officers and was able to bite an officer on the right forearm (causing injury). Defensive force was utilized to gain control. She was medically cleared and later lodged at PBCJ.
17011479 2249 hours Overdose (Non-fatal) 108 SW 4th Ave
Officers arrived and found w/m unresponsive and barely breathing from an apparent heroin overdose. Officers did administer life saving measures and did administer Narcan. He gained consciousness and was later transported to Bethesda for further treatment.
17-011307 0555 hours Stolen Vehicle 1005 Asbury Way
Victim stated that unknown suspects stole her black 2016 Nissan Altima bearing FL tag GTJW82, VIN # is 1N4AL3AP6GC189521. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC.
17-011353 1048 hours Burglary Auto 1610 S. Congress Ave (Marathon).
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered her vehicle she pumping gas and took her purse containing money, keys and credit cards. Business was not able to retrieve video of the incident.
17-011359 1127 hours Burglary Residence Grove Park Circle.
Officers responded to the above address in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival officers located a open rear sliding door and upon entry discovered the house had been ransacked. The owner responded and determined approximately $7,000 in jewelry had been taken.
17-011370 1251 hours Strong Arm Robbery 1610 S. Congress Ave (McDonalds).
Victim reported that an unknown black male suspect reached into his parked vehicle, grabbed his arm and ripped his phone from his grasp. The suspect was described as a black male 5’10” 150 pounds in his 20’s. The suspect vehicle was described as a silver in color Honda Accord bearing FL tag E48-7PD. The phone was valued at $750.
