17-015462 Overdose (Non-Fatal) 3625 S. Federal Hwy 1918hrs
Officers responded to Walmart and found a female in the Men’s bathroom in medical distress. Officers determined the female’s distress was the result of a drug overdose. Officers administered first aid which was effective in reviving the female. The female was later transported to BMH by BBFD for additional treatment. NIU checklist was completed.
17-015469 Overdose (Non-Fatal) 416 SW 4th Ave 1939hrs
Officers responded to the residence and found a female unconscious with agonal breathing in a rear bedroom. Evidence at the scene indicated that the female was overdosing on heroin. BBFD arrived on scene and provided medical aid to the female. The female regained consciousness and was transported to BMH. NIU checklist was completed.
17-015476 Suspicious Incident/Shots fired 200 NE 12th Ave 2006hrs
Officers responded to the are in response to a report of shots fired. Officers canvassed the area and made contact with bystanders who told officers that nothing was seen or heard. Officers checked the roadway and nearby residences. Officers did not discover any tangible evidence of a shooting.
17-015518 Robbery by Sudden Snatching 1901 N. Seacrest Blvd 2329hrs
Officers responded to Ezell Hester Park in reference to a Strong-arm Robbery. Officers made contact with the victim who told officers he was at the park to sell an I-phone to an unknown male who contacted him using the app “LetGo.” Victim said he made contact with a male in his early 20s, short hair, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The male grabbed the phone from the victim’s hands and the male ran in a northwest direction through the park.
17-015526 Robbery by Sudden Snatching 1620 NW 1st Ct 0018hrs
Officers responded to the report of a Strong-arm robbery. Officers met with the victim who was also a cab driver. The victim said he picked up 4 males in Greenacres and was instructed to take the males to the above address. Upon arrival to the address, the males jumped out of the cab and ran in different directions. One of the males reached into the driver’s window and grabbed the victim’s cellphone from his hands. No suspect descriptions were provided.

Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his unsecured vehicle and removed cash and miscellaneous items. Suspect left a bicycle which was collected and placed in evidence.

Victim reported that unknown suspects entered his unsecured vehicle and removed cash, X-Box and I-pad.
17-015182 1126 hours Stolen Vehicle 2180 NE 1st Lane.
Victim reported that unknown suspects took his 2008 Chevrolet Malibu, Florida tag Y54-SDW, VIN# 1G1ZH57B58F174782. Victim believes that his brother B/M Bernadel Tineson 32YOA, may be a suspect and believes he may have also taken a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson from his bedroom.

A semi-conscious male was located in the parking lot of TD Bank. He was transported to Bethesda Hospital in stable condition.
17-15242 1937 hours Burglary/Auto 2290 N. Congress Ave
An unknown subject (s) broke a vehicle’s window in the parking lot of LA Fitness and removed a purse from the floor. This is possibly related to an attempted auto burglary in the parking lot of Polo Tropical during the same time period (#17-15237).
17-15275 2134 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) 1901 N. Congress Ave
An unconscious male was located in the parking lot of Kohl’s. He was transported to JFK in stable condition.
17-15297 2333 hours Burglary/Auto 2010 N. Federal Hwy
An unknown subject (s) broke a vehicle’s window in the parking lot of Harvey Oyer Park and removed a purse from the floor. This occurred between 1200-2330 hours on today’s date.
17-015124 0713 hours Burglary Auto 2151 NW 1st Street.
Victim reported that unknown suspects entered her vehicle by smashing the driver’s side window and then removed her purse containing bibles from the back seat.
17-015177 1302 hours Loiter and Prowling 301 N. Congress Ave (Steinmart).
Officers responded to the above address in reference to 3 juveniles attempting to cut a lock of bike in front of the store. Officers detained the subjects, who post Miranda admitted to trying to steal the bike. Burglary tools were located on the subjects. In addition the juveniles admitted to selling candy to senior citizens under fraudulent pretenses. The subjects were arrested and transported to JAC.

Officers responded to the area in reference to 2 shots fired. The area was checked with negative results for a crime scene, witnesses, or any damage
***Officers assisted with the 3rd annual Blarney Bash. The event drew a large crowd and there were no reported incidents.
***Members of the BBPD conducted a DUI saturation patrol that resulted in one DUI arrest and over 40 citations.

Victim stated that unknown suspects stole her red 2012 Hyundai Azera bearing FL tag GFQS95, VIN # is KMHFG4JG8CA188950. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC.

Victim reported that at 2255 hours last night a B/M wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt entered the carwash and removed 2 pressure washers and cleaning supplies.
17-014914 1100 hours Aggravated Battery LEO/Pursuit 2821 S. Federal Hwy.
NIU unit conducted a undercover operation at the Homing Inn. During the course of arrest, the suspect fled in his vehicle and rammed Officer Brown’s vehicle. Officers pursued the subject until he stopped to the rear of Publix off Lantana Road. The suspect, later identified as Reggie Clemmons (09-02-94), was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit.

17-014791 2201 hours Overdose/Non-fatal 700 N. Federal Hwy.
** Officers from the B1/2 shift assisted the NIU in conducting surveillance operations at both 1005 N. Seacrest and also 2821 S. Federal Hwy. As a result B/M George Hunter II was arrested for Possession with Intent to sell after investigation revealed him to be in possession of 580 grams of Marijuana (Case # 17-14816).Multiple other narcotics arrests were made but non as significant as the aforementioned.
