18-018139 Burglary to Auto 1102 NW 10th Ct 1902 hours
Officers responded to the above address and met with the victim who reported a delayed burglary to her silver Kia Sorento (FL tag Y86BSS). The victim told officers that the interior of her vehicle was rummaged through but nothing was taken from the vehicle. Officers canvassed the area and obtained video camera footage from a nearby residence that showed a suspect checking car handles in the area the night before.

18-018151 Burglary Residence 1112 Rialto Dr 1958 hours
Victims told officers that a young male from their neighborhood stole a skateboard from their parking garage. The victims were inside the house at the time. The victims provided video surveillance footage that showed the suspect entering the garage and leaving with the skateboard. The suspect was identified and officers tracked down the suspect to his parents’ house. The skateboard was recovered and the victims declined to prosecute.
18-17926 1528 hrs Recovered Carjacked Vehicle 133 NW 10th Ave.
Officer Solomon was monitoring LPR and received a hit on a unarmed carjacked vehicle (white Audi A3 with FL tag #IEF580) reported out of PBSO. Several units responded and located the vehicle unoccupied in the parking lot with several subjects nearby. Several FIR’s were conducted and a PBSO Detective responded to continue investigation. PBSO towed vehicle and advised they would remove it from FCIC/NCIC.
18-017873 1053hrs Recovered Stolen Vehicle 317 E. Gateway Blvd.
DBPD alerted BBPD to the location of a 2017 Mercedes that had been stolen within Delray Beach PD jurisdiction. The vehicle was located backed in at 317 E. Gateway Blvd. Contact was made with suspect as he was removed from the residence. Investigation yielded Probable Cause for the arrest of Eric Martin (06/27/1978). The Mercedes was returned to its rightful owner.

18-17696 1026 hrs Burglary Residence 2860 Quantum Lake Dr.
Victim reported unknown person gained entry to residence by unknown means between 0700 and 1000 hours, stealing his box spring and king sized mattress.
18-17691 1221 hrs Overdose (Non-Fatal) 2821 S. Federal Hwy. A-205
Adult female was found unconscious from an apparent Heroin overdose. BBFR immediately treated her and transported her to Bethesda Hospital where she is expected to recover.
18-17715 1416 hrs Overdose (Non-Fatal) 744 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. (7-11)
Adult male was found semi-unconscious from an apparent overdose. BBFR immediately treated him and transported him to Bethesda Hospital where he is expected to recover.
18-17734 1427 hrs Stolen Vehicle 17 Via De Casas Sur.
A silver 2005 Toyota Tundra with KY tag #920GGW was reported stolen, however; has allegedly been stolen since February 2018.
18-17735 1654 hrs Burglary Residence 4 Southern Cross Ln. #105
Unknown person broke into the residence through a bedroom window, stealing a small safe and a piece of jewelry between 1200 and 1600 hours.
18-017624 Overdose-Non fatal 118 SE 8 Ave 2327 hours
Officers responded to the above address (recovery home) reference to an ALS call. Witness stated he observed his roommate unconscious. Further investigation revealed the victim had overdosed on heroin purchased earlier today. Victim was treated by BBFR.
18-017626 Shots Fired/Accidental Injury 71 Miner Road 2349 hours
Officers responded to above address reference shots fired. Victim was located with a gunshot wound to his lower leg. Victim advised officers that he arrived at 71 Miner Rd to break up a disturbance in which one of the parties fired a gun striking him in the leg. Crime Scene and on-call Detective arrived on scene. Further investigation revealed the victim was at the above residence when several gun shots were heard in the immediate area. Victim removed his firearm from his waistband resulting in shooting himself in the foot. No further information on the initial shots fired.
