16013186 1901 hours Disorderly Intoxication / Resisting w/o Violence EZ Mart 1005 N Seacrest
Officers responded to 208 NE 10th Ave in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Suspect b/m David Coleman dob 05/20/1970 had left the scene. Coleman then called 911 and advised that he was at EZ Mart and wanted to meet with officers. Upon contact with him, it was observed that he was highly intoxicated. Coleman greeted officers with racial slurs and profanity, which caused a crowd to form. After several attempts to calm his actions were unsuccessful, officers advised Coleman that he was under arrest. Coleman refused to comply with verbal commands and attempted to walk away. Upon trying to place him into custody, Coleman began to actively physical resist and officers did have to use force to subdue him. He was arrested, medically cleared, processed, and later lodged at PBCJ.

Victim’s white Dodge Caravan was stolen sometime during the previous night from the clubhouse parking lot. It was recovered later by W.P.B.P.D. Vehicle had steering column damage.

Victim’s gold Dodge Caravan was broken into between 2300 hours last night and 0700 hours this morning in an attempt to steal it, however; were unsuccessful. Vehicle key ignition damaged.

“Souls to Poll’s” Traffic Control was conducted for 40 citizens marching from Bible Church of God at 1390 N. Seacrest to Ezell Hester Center.
16012969 1929 hours Child Neglect (X 2) Target / 650 N Congress Ave
Officers responded to the above address in reference to children being left inside a vehicle. Investigation revealed that Suspect abandoned her 2 year son and 3 year old daughter inside an unsecured vehicle with the motor left running while she went into the store to purchase some items. Suspect was arrested, processed, and then lodged at PBCJ. The children were not harmed and DCF was notified.
16012997 2115 hours Possession of Marijuana with Intent 1400 N Seacrest Blvd
OFC Alegria initiated a traffic stop on 2002 Infiniti for multiple traffic infractions. The vehicle failed to yield to emergency equipment and continued to travel south (did not take any evasive maneuvers) and traveled to the driveway of 222 NE 13th Ave. Officers made contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, later identified as Suspect b/m Vilhomme Mondesir dob 01/06/1978. Upon removing Mondesir from the vehicle, officers observed that he had a very large bulge in the buttocks area of his pants which was later discovered to be 130.1 grams of marijuana. He was arrested, processed, issued multiple traffic citations, and later lodged at PBCJ.
16013007 2245 hours Failed To Stop for Officer 400 W Boynton Beach Blvd
Sgt. Murphy observed a Chevy Cruze, blue in color, 4 door, driving recklessly on NW 4th St. A traffic stop was initiated and the vehicle failed to stop. The vehicle traveled north on I-95 and before a correct registration tag could be gleaned, the vehicle reached excessive speeds and officers discontinued their efforts.

Victim’s shed was burglarized between 0200 and 0700 hours this morning by removing the door hinges and stealing $3,880 worth of lawn equipment.

Victim’s shed was burglarized between 2100 hours last night and 0830 hours this morning by removing the door hinges/doors and stealing a mower valued at $600.
16-012748 2001 hours Burglary Auto 1500 High Ridge Rd
Unknown person entered the unsecured vehicle of the victim while it was parked at 1500 High Ridge Rd between the hours of 0800-1700 hours on this date. The vehicle was rummaged through and miscellaneous items (Ring, Wallet, Phone Charger) were taken totaling $791.

Contact was made with victim who advised on 3/2/16 he left his black laptop case that contained his 15′ Mac Book Pro and Nintendo 3DS at his friend’s house. Between the hours 1330 and 1640 that date, unknown subject (s) entered the residence through an unlocked sliding glass door. The subjects then took the laptop case and its contents which were lying on the floor in the corner of a room. Let it be known, a W/F who is bed ridden due to an illness was present at the time of the incident.
16-012465 1936hrs Burglary to Auto 327 SW 1st Ave
A witness advised that he observed an unknown H/M wearing a Grey hoodie and a hat (NFI); inside of his 2006 Ford F150 bearing Florida tag SEA4US. Witness advised upon sight the male took off to an unknown direction. Multiple units arrived on scene and began to search for the suspect. Officers made contact with the victim who advised that while allowing his dog back into the residence he observed an unknown H/M inside his vehicle. He also advised that it appeared that the male was attempting to remove the radio unit from within the vehicle. The unknown H/M saw the victim and ran from the location. A quick inventory of his vehicle was conducted, revealing that his Cobra Radar Detector was removed from within. No further suspect information was obtained.
16-012490 2050hrs Ave Burglary to Auto 330 W. Ocean Ave
Contact was made with victim who advised sometime between 1950hrs and 2050 hrs, an unknown person(s) entered his Green 1998 Chevy S10 bearing Florida tag AHWD38 and removed a Sony car from within the vehicle. The victim advised that the vehicle was parked to the rear of his residence, unlocked. The victim advised that nothing else appeared to be missing and/or tampered with.
16-012503 2151hrs Fail to Stop 100 NE 15th Ave
|Officer Herny was on patrol in the 100 block of NE 15th Avenue, when he observed a white Chrysler four door traveling south bound on NE 1st Court approaching NE 15th Avenue. The vehicles speeds were over 50 MPH in a residential area, which is clearly posted 25 MPH. Due to the traffic infractions, Officer Herny attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to be pulling over into a driveway however, it quickly accelerated west bound, refusing to yield. Due to the violation being a traffic related offense only, Officer Herny terminated any efforts in stopping the vehicle.
