Officers responded to the aforementioned business in reference to two suspect(s) being in the store that had used a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise in the past. Upon arrival Officers Autiello and Adea made contact with H/M Isaiah Rigaud and B/M Marcus Lamour. Lamour provided officers with the name “James Pettermen” which was an alias for Lamour who had an active Felony warrant for Identity Theft out of California with full extradition. Upon hearing this information Lamour took flight; both Adea and Autiello were able to apprehend Lamour after a short foot pursuit. He was subsequently charged accordingly and tot PBCJ.

Officer Whitefield responded to the aforementioned address in reference to a suspicious person. Upon making contact with w/f Alexandra D. Duggan it was found she had an active warrant.
18-014156 Agg. Battery w/Weapon(Dating Domestic)Miner Rd 0559hrs
Officers responded to a disturbance where it was determined that b/f attacked her recent ex-boyfriend and another b/f at a party with a pocket knife causing minor lacerations to each victim. She was subsequently TOT PBCJ.
Officers responded to 1 non-fatal overdose.
18-014071 1543 hours Burglary to Auto 629 Manatee Bay Dr.
Units responded to the aforementioned address in reference to a delayed burglary to auto. Upon arrival they met with the victim who stated unknown person(s) broke into his unsecured Silver Cadillac Escalade sometime overnight. Miscellaneous items were removed from the vehicle to include a pair of prescription sunglasses. Estimated cost of loss was $2,000.
Officers assisted Officer Tome with security during the basketball games from 1300-1600 hours at Ezell Hester. Extra Patrol on Ocean Avenue during The Community Fitness Event between 1000-1200 hours Heavy extra patrol throughout the day for Briny Breeze, Ezell Hester and EZ Mart.
18-013881 1641 hours Heroin Trafficking Arrest 209 NW 9th Ave.
Officer Sohn was on patrol in the aforementioned area when he conducted a traffic stop on a White Chevrolet SUV bearing FL tag DFX-R87. Upon making contact with the driver b/m Demarcus V. McFarlane; Sohn smelled a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle discovered .1 grams of Crack Cocaine on the passenger seat of the vehicle. Search incident to arrest of Demarcus’ person revealed 14. 1 grams of Heroin, 27 grams of Adderall and 17 grams of Hydrocodone. He was subsequently charged accordingly and tot PBCJ. The $1,645 on McFarlane’s person was seized for forfeiture.
18-013932 2051 hours Failure to Stop 1100 NW 3rd St.
Officer Alegria attempted a traffic stop on a Silver Ford Explorer bearing Fl. Tag HMGQ66 at the aforementioned location. The vehicle failed to yield and entered I-95 northbound from the Boynton Beach Blvd. Alegria subsequently terminated the stop at Gateway Blvd and I-95.
