15-021177 GTA/Possession of Controlled Substances – Arrest 3001 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Esteves made contact with B/M Benjamin Carpenter (47 YOA); who was occupying a suspicious vehicle at the aforesaid location. A thorough records check of the Florida tag revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen on May 9, 2015 (Delray Beach Police Case #15-7236); at which time, Carpenter was detained. After a succinct investigation was conducted resulting in Carpenter being additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substances; as he was possession of Clorazepate tablets. Carpenter was charged with Grand Theft Auto and Possession of a Controlled Substance; he was later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

15-021178 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed New Lake Drive
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime that earlier in the day; an unknown person(s) burglarized her vehicle – described as a Silver Chevy Monte Carlo. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole the victim’s personal belongings from therein.
15-021179 Residential Burglary – Delayed 700 E. B.B.B.
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between January 1st and May 13th; an unknown person(s) burglarized his residence. The point of entry into the unit was the front entry door, which appeared that the door jamb was pried open.
15-021192 Residential Burglary – Delayed 2319 N. Congress Ave.
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 0500 hours and 1840 hours; an unknown person(s) burglarized his residence. The point of entry into the unit could not be determined. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole medication, jewelry and other miscellaneous items.
15-021213 Warrant Arrest 2500 block N. Federal Hwy.
Officer Loshelder arrested W/M Joshua J. Roberts (24 YOA), after a complete records check revealed an active PALMS warrant. Later, Roberts was transported to Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-021218 Warrant Arrest/Criminal Mischief – Arrest 521 N. Federal Hwy.
Officer James arrested W/M James Sekelsky (33 YOA) and W/M Domonic Williams (33 YOA); after a thorough investigation revealed that Sekelsky and Williams shattered a window at the aforesaid location. In addition, a complete records check revealed an active warrant for Williams’ arrest (North Carolina VOP warrant #020215001C). Later, Williams and Sekelsky was transported to Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-021224 Disorderly Conduct – Arrest 2200 block of SE 3rd Street
Officer Montoute arrested B/M Willie Wesley (31 YOA), who was face down in the roadway – impeding the flow of the motoring public. Wesley adamantly refused officers’ verbal instructions to move from the roadway; which led to his arrest. Wesley was charged accordingly and later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-021239 Driving Under the Influence – Arrest 500 block W. Gateway Blvd.
Officer Castro made contact with H/M Samuel A. Rodriguez (35 YOA), during a traffic crash investigation at the aforesaid location. After Rodriguez failed a series of field sobriety tasks; he was taken into custody under suspicion of being intoxicated. Rodriguez did not submit to having a sample of his breathe taken. Officer Castro criminally charged Rodriguez and later transported him to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-021082 Burglary Auto 1206 SE 1st 0738hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary auto. Victim advised the passenger window was broken out and the interior of the vehicle rummaged through but nothing taken. Total loss $300 window.
15-019777 Burglary Other 2450 S. Fed. Hwy. 0936hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary to a trailer. Complainant stated that unknown suspect(s) removed his cement saw $900.
15-021136 Stolen Recovered Auto 3001 N. Seacrest Blvd. (Quickstop) 1344hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a stolen vehicle at the above address reported from PBSO. No occupants. Vehicle processed and towed by Becks. 91.3 grams of FLAAKA located in the passenger door panel. TOT Evidence for processing.
