15-021260 Possession of Marijuana 2590 NW 1st Street
Officer Esteves, in collaboration with Officer James, made contact with B/M Willie Hunter (47 YOA) during an investigatory stop. An investigation was conducted – Hunter was charged with Possession of Marijuana; afterwards he was released with a Notice to Appear.
15-021412 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 371 N. Congress Avenue
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime that earlier in the day; an unknown person(s) burglarized his vehicle – described as a 2015 Gray Hyundai Sante Fe. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole the victim’s personal belongings.
15-021456 Warrants/Possession of Legend Drug/Open Container 2821 S. Federal Highway
Officer Esteves, in collaboration with Officer Roedel, made contact with B/F Chadrika Cue (20 YOA) and B/F Clara Pearson (57 YOA); who were near/at a suspicious vehicle. A complete records check of Cue revealed that she had an active warrant in PALMS, she was detained for such. In addition, Pearson was detained; as she was in possession of an open container. Cue was charged with the warrants and possession of legend drug and Pearson was charged with City Ordinance Violation (i.e. Open Container.) Pearson was released with a Notice to Appear and Cue was lodged at the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-021256/021259 Cat Burglary/GTA NE 2nd Lane 0236hrs
Officers responded to the above address in ref. to a CAT burglary in progress. Victim stated that he heard noises in his house and when he awoke he observed his 2001 Toyota Camry FL. Tag. 244-QCW driving away. The vehicle was found soon after and recovered. No suspects located with the vehicle. Investigation on going.
15-021340 Agg. Assault 2240 N. Fed. Hwy.(Intracoastal Park) 1408hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to an Agg. Assault. The victim advised that the suspect threatened her with the knife over a stolen phone. During the investigation the victim signed a refusal and did not wish to pursue charges.
