PTO Davis attempted a traffic stop on a White 2001 Kia Sorento bearing FL. Tag CHH 1542 at the aforementioned location. The vehicle failed to yield and fled south bound on Federal Hwy. Units were unable to identify the driver of the vehicle. Delray Beach PD was notified of the DOT and the vehicle description. No further.
