18-023907 Carrying Concealed Firearm 915 SW 3rd St 1250 hours
Members of NIU arrested two subjects for carrying concealed firearms in an area known for multiple recent shootings. The first subject, a juvenile, was processed at BBPD and turned over to the custody of his parents. The second subject, b/m Gilbert K. Aristide 12/12/98, was processed at BBPD and was later turned over to the Palm Beach County Jail. Both firearms were submitted into BBPD Evidence following an NCIC/FCIC records check.
18-023859 0805hrs Burglary (Auto) 2300 NW 1st St.
Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) entered his unsecured vehicle and stole property from within.
18-23904 1157hrs Burglary (Cat type) 909 W. Ocean Dr.
Victim stated that she awoke to her daughter fleeing from the residence. The daughter does not have any legal right to be on the property, and has been previously trespass warned and evicted.
18-023689 Burglary (Delayed) The Boardwalk (209 N. Federal Hwy) 1319 hours
The victim advised that during the earlier morning hours (approx. 0330) a black male subject entered the fenced in patio area on the northwest side of the business and removed a stainless steel refrigerator (value $750). The incident was captured on surveillance cameras located throughout the business. The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20’s with a tattoo on his chest.
18-023803 Grand Theft (Bobcat) 209 N. Federal Hwy. 2251 hours
An anonymous caller contacted dispatch advising that they’d observed two subjects “messing with” a Bobcat front end loader from the construction site behind The Boardwalk Italian Ice and Creamery. The caller stated that the subjects were able to start the Bobcat and were last seen northbound on Railroad Ave. Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate the Bobcat or the suspects. At approx. 2316 hrs., K-9 Officer Schalk located a Bobcat traveling east bound on NW 13th Ave. being driven by b/m Ounquan Wright (09/24/1979). Wright was detained as officers worked to determine ownership of the Bobcat. Several bystanders approached the scene of the stop indicating that vehicles had been struck by the Bobcat in the area of Cherry Hill. They did not provide descriptions of said vehicles. Officers canvassed the area but did not locate any vehicles that appeared to have been damaged. Contact was ultimately made with the company, Sunbelt Rentals, who owned the Bobcat and they declined to prosecute ref. the Grant Theft Auto. The vehicle was towed from the scene and Wright was released.
18-23640 Stolen Auto 141 Lancaster Rd. 0823 hours
Victim met a new “friend” at the club and allowed him to spend the night. When he awoke this morning his 2014 BMW 528i was missing. The car was pinged at Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Waiting to see if BSO recovers it.

1995 Buick Century green in color Fl. Tag 002NKR taken between 1600 yesterday and 0900 this date.
