15-023200 1630 hrs Cat type Burglary (Delayed) Old Boynton Rd.
Victim advised that at approx. 0230 hours on 05.25.15, she heard a noise from the family room. Upon inspection, she noticed the front door was open. When she looked outside she observed a male subject wearing a black hoodie running down the outside stair case. The victim noticed that her purse was missing which was on the kitchen table. The suspect left a black hat which was collected and submitted into evidence. There were no signs of forced entry.
15-023205 1718 hrs. Fleeing & Eluding W Gateway Blvd. & Renaissance Commons Blvd.
Officer Williams attempted to stop a green dirt bike that was traveling south bound on Renaissance Commons Blvd. from Gateway Blvd. Officer Williams discontinued his efforts as he was approaching Old Boynton Rd. As the dirt bike entered into the intersection of Old Boynton Rd., the rider James Hughes laid his bike on the asphalt. Hughes was taken into custody and later forwarded to C.J.
15-23147 0827hrs Burglary to Residence 653 SW 1st Ct
Contact was made with W/M John Quick who advised the residence is owned by Prodigy Properties and he was hired to complete the work. Quick stated on Friday (05/22/15) at approximately 1430 hours he locked the residence and dead bolted the doors. Quick advised he returned today and 0830 hours. Quick stated once he entered the residence, he observed his Miter Saw, a toilet, 4 entry lock and dead bolt locks, the lock box, and a Boynton Beach garbage can missing, totaling approx. $725.
15-023125 Warrant Arrest 500 Blk. S. Fed. Hwy. 2312 hrs.
Officer James observed two males on a scooter travelling South on Federal Highway not wearing eye protection and conducted a traffic stop. A records check via N/FCIC/PALMS revealed an active warrant for the passenger, W/M Timothy Prizzi, in regards to felony disorderly conduct. Prizzi was taken to BBPD where he was processed and later TOT the PBCJ.
15-023048 Burglary Auto 1042 NW 10th Ct. 1135hrs
Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary auto. Unknown suspect(s) entered the 2006 Lincoln and took $6.00 US currency and 1 pair of Beats Headphones.
Officer Grigorian was assigned to the National Ticket or Click Traffic Enforcement campaign (May 18th thru May 31st) – His initiative resulted in the issuance of verbal educational guidance and 21 uniform traffic citations during his tour of duty.
15-022917 Traffic Crash – THI 300 block of E. Ocean Avenue
Officers responded to the above location in reference to a traffic crash – vehicle versus bicyclist. Upon officers’ arrival, witnesses stated that a Red Chevy SUV struck (bicyclist) B/M/Juvenile as he crossed S.E. 3rd Street in a westerly direction. After Boynton Beach Fire Rescue (BBFR) declared the bicyclist a trauma alert; Traffic Homicide Investigating Officers and Crime Scene was notified to investigate and document the incident. Patrol Officers assisted with crime scene preservation and traffic control. As of this writing, the bicyclist is being treated for an assortment of traffic-related injuries.
15-022997 Residential Burglary – Delayed S. Seacrest Blvd.
Officers met with victim, who reported that sometime between 1200 hours and 2330 hours; an unknown person(s) burglarized his residence. The point of entry into the unit was a bathroom window, which appeared that the door jamb was pried open. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) stole jewelry, electronics and other personal items – totaling $2,025.
15-023008 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Arrest 2815 S. Federal Hwy.
Officer Esteves made contact with W/M Lawrence Bock (29 YOA), when investigating a suspicious vehicle at the aforesaid location. Investigation revealed that Bock was in possession of drug paraphernalia (i.e. 3 hypodermic needles). Bock was charged accordingly and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear.
15-022873 0938 hours Fraud Tara Lakes Dr. West
Officer met with victon who stated she received an e-mail on 05/19/15 from who she believed was her real estate attorney. The email stated that stated she needed to transfer $96,544.54 to Wells Fargo bank account due to an error in the amount she eceived for the sale of her property. She transferred the money on 05/22/15 as requested per the email. She then called her attorney to learn that he had not sent the email or requested the funds. She notified Wells Fargo and they placed a stop payment on the account, Investigation ongoing.
15-022897 1352 hours Burglary Auto Delayed E Ocean Avenue
Officer met with victim in reference to an auto burglary. She advised that sometime between Friday, May 23, 2015 at approximately 0100 hours, and this afternoon an unknown person (s) enter his secured blue 1964 Plymouth with FL tag #BU4104 through the side vent window. She advised the items taken from his vehicle were his scuba equipment to include tank which was located in the back seat. The estimated cost of the property is valued at $1000.
15-022894 1341 hours Shoplifter 1500 SW 8th St. (Home Depot)
Officer responded to Home Depot and met with loss prevention who stated he observed w/m Zorabedian, Gregory place four boxes of Arrow staples valued at $100.88 in his back pants pocket. Zorabedian then walked to the front of the store and exited without paying for the merchandise. Zorabedian was given a NTA on scene and trespassed from the store.
15-022751 Trespass After Warning – Arrest 2800 High Ridge Rd. (Tri-Rail)
Officer Brooks arrested B/M Joseph Dupuy (51 YOA), for trespassing after warning. A review of WebPartner® revealed that Dupuy was trespassed warned on May 1, 2015 (our case #15-019125). Later, Dupuy was lodged at the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-022791 Exposure of Sexual Organ/Disorderly Conduct – Arrest 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd. (BMH)
Officer Esteves arrested W/M Michael Wallace (41 YOA), who had consumed too much alcohol and was creating a small disturbance by exposing his genital and began to urinate on the floor. Later, Wallace was lodged at the Palm Beach County Jail for his short comings. During the initial investigation the defendant provided Officer Esteves the following name “Michael Wallace”; however, the defendant’s actual name is “Michael Walsh.” Based on Walsh’s shrinking truth, he was additionally charged with Providing a False Name.

Officers responded to above address in ref. to a burglary auto. Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s Toyota Camry and took her D/L, bank card, $100 US Currency, and SSN card.
