18-024979 Burglary Residence 1404 Asbury Way 1801 hours
Officers responded to the above address and met with the victim who wanted to report a theft of firearm. Victim told officers that her Glock 23 (black) Ser# SBK128 stolen from a file cabinet that was pried open. The victim suspects that her ex-husband broke into her home to steal the firearm and keys to a co-owned vehicle. There were no witnesses to the incident. The firearm was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.
18-025022 Robbery Strong-arm 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd 2235 hours
Officers responded to EZ Mart in reference to a shooting. Officers stopped a vehicle silver SUV that was seen leaving the area upon their arrival. Officers learned that the occupants of the SUV went to the store to purchase illegal drugs from individuals standing outside of the store. The occupants said they were robbed of the their money by a black male wearing a white t-shirt and shorts. The driver of the vehicle said he attempted to run after the male suspect when another subject started shooting in the area. The victim did not see the subject doing the shooting and the victim was not sure if he was being targeted by the shooting. Officers were able to recover shell casings in the area of 130 W. MLK Blvd. Crime Scene responded and collected the shell casings.
18-025023 Burglary To Auto 3200 Old Boynton Rd 2311 hours
Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a delayed burglary to an automobile. The victim who is a Walmart employee told officers that he went to check on his vehicle during his lunch break when he noticed a shattered window to the rear of the vehicle. The victim then conducted an inventory of his vehicle and noticed that his black/red Guess wallet was missing from the vehicle.
18-24961 1616 hrs Stolen Auto/Recovered 3245 E Palm Dr
Victim, arrived at the residence and went to the front door to speak with his friend. When he did so, he left his 2014 Audi bearing FL tag ICRM60 running in the driveway. While at the door, two B/M juveniles entered his vehicle and fled the area. Approximately one hour later, the vehicle was recovered unoccupied by Lantana PD.

Victim was in her vehicle sleeping when an unknown B/M reached into her vehicle and took her IPhone 7 plus.
18-24921 Burglary Business 180 SW 3rd Ave. Pelican Point 1013 hours
Between 05-02 1700 and 05-09 0900, unknown suspect entered the clubhouse through the south door without damaging it. Once inside they stole the video surveillance system and monitor. They also used billiard balls to break out several windows and smashed the ping pong table in half. Club house had been cleaned prior to officers arrival so crime scene was negative. Approximately $36,000 in damage.
