PTO Herny observed B/M Ricky Williams crossing the roadway. USMS issued a BOLO for Williams, wanted for Federal VOP warrant (extradition to West Virginia). Williams was taken into custody without incident and transported to PBCJ.

B/M was found unresponsive on the floor, due to an apparent overdose. D-Bureau and Crime Scene responded. The investigation is on-going.

Officers responded to the area and were unable to locate any witnesses, suspects, victims, or evidence.

Victim stated that between 2200 and 2300 hours, while sleeping an unknown person(s) entered the residence through a window and stole their 60 inch television.

While standing on the patio, the victim observed a black male enter her unlocked 2012 Chevrolet Cruze and remove multiple items. A search for the suspect was negative.
16-63907 Robbery 341 NE 13th Avenue 0510hrs
Victim reported that he was walking in the park when he was approached by a suspect later identified as Canson St. Fort. St. Fort asked to use the victim’s phone. The victim declined and St. Fort grabbed the phone and fled.
