15-055565 DUI, No valid D/L, Leaving Scene of Crash 2605 W. Woolbright Rd. 1539 hours.
BBPD Communications received multiple calls reference to a black Ford F-150 driving recklessly on W. Woolbright Road. PTO Barry Ward located the vehicle in the parking lot of 2605 W Woolbright Road (7-11 gas station). As Officer Ward pulled in behind the truck, operator H/M later identified as Hugo Perez-Gonzalez backed up and crashed into Officer Ward’s marked BBPD vehicle. Perez-Gonzalez then began to drive out of the parking lot. A traffic stop was completed and contact was made with Perez-Gonzalez. DUI investigation was completed and Perez-Gonzalez was taken into custody. Perez-Gonzalez submitted a sample of his breath at PBSO Bat facility, which revealed a breath alcohol levels of .212 and .215. Perez-Gonzalez was charged accordingly.
15-055610 Poss. of cocaine and heroin 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd. 2006 hours.
Officer Shaun James made contact with W/M Edward McCarthy in the parking lot of the above listed business. Investigation revealed McCarthy was in possession of 0.4 grams of crack cocaine and 0.2 grams of Heroin. McCarthy taken into custody and later transported to PBC jail.
15-055568 Poss. of Cocaine and drug paraphernalia 100 E. MLK 0025 hours.
Officer Richard Webster made contact with W/M Dillon Balemian alongside the roadway who was injecting cocaine into his arm. Balemian was taken into custody and transported to Bethesda for medical clearance. Due to Balemian’s level of intoxication, he was admitted for further medical treatment. All required paperwork was delivered to PBC jail.
15-055497 1040 hours Burglary to Residence Delayed (Cat Type) S.W. 7th Avenue
Victim advised that sometime between 2000hrs on 11/16/15 and 0600hrs this morning unknown suspect(s) made entry into the residence stealing 2 televisions, a Sony PS4, a Sony IPad, and some miscellaneous clothing (1,600 total loss). This burglary took place while the victim’s roommate was asleep in one the bedrooms.
