Marine officers responded to a boat fire and assisted in extinguishing the flames and evacuating the occupants.
17-063129 1619 hours Boat Accident 1500 S. ICW.
The Marine Unit responded to a head on boat collision in the proximity of the Woolbright Bridge. Officers assisted with evacuating injured occupants and are conducting a BUI investigation.
17-063120 1855 hours Drug Arrest 103 E. Boynton Beach Blvd (Palm Food).
Officers arrested Ashton Millines for numerous drug offenses. During the course of the arrest Millines resisted and several officers were required to use force to subdue him.
17-063160 2030 hours Burglary Autos N. Congress Ave.
Officers responded to numerous reports of auto burglaries in the Congress Avenue corridor. Unknown suspects made entry to vehicles by breaking windows with a spring loaded center punch. The burglaries were believed to have taken place between 1930 and 2030 hours. Crime Scene processed the vehicles. The locations included Carrabas, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and Orange Theory Fitness. Case numbers included the following:

17-063189 2317 hours Grand Theft Auto 1000 N. ICW.
Marine unit responded to a report of a possible wave runner accident. Investigation revealed Brian Powell stole the wave runner and fell off of it leaving him stranded in the ICW until he was helped to shore by passing boaters. As a result, Brian was arrested and turned over to the Palm Beach County Jail.
Officers responded to 2 non-fatal overdoses.
17-063006 0913 hours Burglary (Auto) 1328 Fairfax Circle E
Victim reported that back on 06-11-17 between 1600 and 1700 hours her wallet was stolen from the center-console of her unlocked 2010 Kia Forte bearing FL tag N462PM. Victim had been at the 7-11 inside the store paying for gas when the incident occurred. The victim was not going to report until she started to notice suspicious activity in her account and was advised by loss prevention of Wells Fargo Bank to make a report.
17-063034 1217 hours Stolen Tag 2800 High Ridge Road
Victim reported that between 1300 hours on 10-27-17 and 1200 hours this date unknown person(s) removed/stole his Florida tag 426RVD from his silver 2000 Pontiac Montana minivan. The car had been parked at the Tri-Rail station. Tag was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
17-063036 1226 hours Aggravated Assault 2301 S congress Avenue
Victim stated that she and her roommate were arguing because the room had her boyfriend over last night. In the course of the argument, the roommate became upset and attempted to stab the victim with a large kitchen knife. Victim was able to wrestle the knife away. While attempting to stab the victim, the roommate stabbed the wall twice (damage witnessed by officers). Victim signed a refusal to prosecute but wanted roommate to leave. The roommate packed her belongings and voluntarily left the Whaler’s Cove residence.
