At the above location Officer Spence conducted a traffic stop on a red scooter bearing FL tag 4589RE. A complete records check on the driver, later identified as B/M Johnson, Larry Lee (53 YOA), revealed an active warrant for Parole Violation. After Johnson was processed, he was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
