Victim advised that an unknown person/s entered the apartment and stole $3,000 worth of electronics between 0700hrs on 10-11-14 and 1630hrs today.

Victim Melanie Duckworth-Kallas states that she left her Next brand silver and blue mountain bicycle in front of her closed garage at approx. 2230 hrs last night. This morning she discovered it missing. Unknown serial number.
14-045786 0915hrs Trespassing Arrest 219 W Woolbright Rd.
Officers had trespass warned Patrick McGuiness on 10-11-14, however he decided to return to the property today. After being told that he was under arrest, he refused to cooperate and was additionally charged with resist w/o violence. This seems to be a recurring issue with McGuiness.
14-45694 Burglary Auto 1910 N Seacrest Blvd
Victim advised that between the 10-10-14 (1500 hrs.) and this date (1700 hrs.) unknown person/s entered his vehicle and removed a Glock 26 (UPW619).
14-45723 THI Callout 1600 Blk S. Federal Hwy
THI was called out after Pedestrian vs Vehicle accident occurred. Joseph Fleet was heading southbound on Federal when witnesses state he hit Daryl McCoy who was crossing the street. It is unknown at this time who was at fault as both individuals were intoxicated. McCoy was transported as a trauma patient but only received a bunch of broken bones. McCoy blood alcohol was .40. Fleet was arrested for driving on a revoked license and later refused to submit. Investigation is ongoing.

Michael Kittredge was arrested for a warrant and subject to arrest was found to be in possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. TOT PBCJ

Victim advised that at approximately 2250 hrs an unknown person/s stole his 2004 Maroon Ford F-250 bearing a FL tag “Buck 4”. Just a side note, an attempt on another Ford truck at the Ale House was also committed.

Officers responded to the above address in ref. to a vandalism to auto. Victim advised that sometime last evening unknown suspect(s) broke the rear driver side window of her 1998 Mazda 626. Total loss $200.
