18-053119 Burglary to Auto 187 Orange Drive 15:48 hours
Victim advised unknown individual(s) removed his silver/black Sig Sauer P232 SL .38 cal. handgun (serial number 5248940) from inside the armrest compartment of his Cadillac ATS (FL tag GLXG46). He last saw the gun on 10-6-18 and learned it was missing on 10-14-18. Victim advised his doors were locked and there were no signs of forced entry. The gun was taken sometime between 10-06-18 and 10-14-18.
18-053155 Aggravated Assault / LEO 100 NE 10th Avenue 19:42 hours
B/M Henry Graham (DOB 1/10/69) was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault on a LEO, Fleeing or Attempting to elude a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest without Violence after he refused to stop for BBPD units. BBPD units initiated the stop in the area of 100 NE 10th avenue. At that time, Graham’s driving was unremarkable at the slower speeds until he attempted to ram one of BBPD units, increased his speed and eventually led them to the intersection of Lantana Road and Ocean Avenue. There he failed to effectively maneuver his vehicle around the railroad arms but as he attempted to drive over the railroad tracks his front tires became lodged in the rails which thwarted his attempt to elude police units. Graham resisted arrest but was ultimately taken into custody. Graham was taken to Bethesda Hospital where was treated and then turned over to PBCJ without incident. FEC notified/units responded/no damage to tracks.

18-052934 R/A without Violence 200 N Congress Ave 16:53 hours
BBPD unit witnessed two subjects fully engaged in a fight at Wells Fargo. BBPD unit broke up the fight when one subject (later identified as Omari Lindon Shakir George 03-02-98) took flight through the parking lot before he was detained in front of Office Depot. George was charged with resisting arrest w/o violence. He also had an active warrant for failure to appear. George was treated for injuries by BBFD and then transported to PBCJ without incident.

BBPD units responded to the area of Intracoastal Park after receiving calls of shots fired in the park. Units checked the area; no reported crime scene. No reported victims.
18-052756 Burglary Business/Forced Entry 1335 Neptune Dr 22:22 hours
BBPD units responded to the business after the manager received a call from the alarm company. Officers observed a broken window on the southeast side of the building. No one was located within the building. (10) Stihl extended hedge trimmers and (1) Stihl HS T-40 hedge trimmer were missing.
18-052820 Agg Assault/Firearm 1550 N Federal Hwy 2331 hours
BBPD units responded to Boynton Wine and Spirits in reference to a disturbance. The employee advised a B/M wearing a black hat, black shirt, and black pants entered the store, purchased a bottle of liquor. As employees were joking back and forth with each other; the subject reached into his left cargo pocket and retrieved a small black revolver. The subject pointed it at the employee and then waved the gun in the air prior to walking out of the store. Subject left the area in a 2010 Red Mazda CX-7 bearing Fl tag EADH84. Vehicle located by PBSO unoccupied.
18-052621 Failed to Stop 1300 W BBB 0018 hours
Officers on patrol attempted to stop a white BMW 525I (FL tag IC01PY). Vehicle refused to stop and was last seen southbound I95. FHP notified.
18-052637 Fleeing & Eluding/ Narcotic Arrest 100 NE 27th Ave 0146 hours
Ofc C. Rivera and Ofc Hall observed a black Hyundai with FL tag HZHR92 driving reckless at the above location. As officers attempted to catch up to the vehicle, it began to circle the above neighborhood. As the officers terminated their attempts, the vehicle crashed into 2 mailboxes and a parked vehicle. The occupants were immediately taken into custody. Officers boloed the area where the vehicle traveled and located a bag containing 22.9 grams of Marijuana, 4.2 grams of powder Cocaine and 30 Xanax pills. Post Miranda the driver Keely Reardon W/F DOB (12/20/96) confessed to tossing the above bag out of the window. She was subsequently charged with possession of the above narcotics, in addition to Fleeing and Eluding, DWLS and Hit and Run with property damage.
