16-057534 1812 hours 1000 W. Gateway Blvd SBI crash/THI call-out
Brandon James Tucker was operating his 2016 Kawasaki motorcycle when he lost control in the 1000 block of W. Gateway Blvd. Due to the injuries sustained as a result of this crash, Tucker was transported to Delray Trauma Center. Tucker is listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.

16-57354 1757 hours Shots Fired 1901 N. Seacrest Blvd
Officers responded to Ezell Hester in reference to shots fired from a vehicle. A witness reported an unknown make/model vehicle’s front seat passenger fired 5 rounds into the air from a handgun. A crime scene was located and shell casings were recovered. No damages or injuries were located.
16-57324 AOD PBSO 700 W BB Blvd 1449hrs
An armed carjacking occurred at 6170 Jog Rd. BBPD units located the vehicle abandoned in a business parking lot. BBPD located the suspects at 1611 N. Seacrest Blvd and detained them for PBSO.
16057133 2010 hours Overdose (Non-Fatal) Starbucks / 306 N Congress Ave
Officers and EMS responded and found w/m unconscious with labored breathing inside the restroom. Life saving techniques were administered and he did regain consciousness. He was transported to Bethesda for further treatment where he later admitted to injecting heroin prior to entering the business.
16057172 2251 hours Shots Fired / AOD PBSO Orange Rd @ Alto Rd
BBPD responded to the area in reference to multiple reports of shots being fired. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a shooting had occurred in PBSO jurisdiction. PBSO was in the process of tracking the suspect. The suspect was located a short time later and taken into custody. BBPD units assisted with crowd control of the crime scene until being relieved by arriving Sheriff’s Deputies.
16057200 0058 hours Felony Eluding 500 block of NW 10th Ave
OFC Montoute initiated a traffic stop on a 2006, Nissan Maxima, 4 door, white, FL tag#GMYJ85 for tint violation. The vehicle yielded; however, upon approaching the vehicle on foot, it immediately sped away in a reckless manner. Vehicle was last observed traveling west.
16057202 0106 hours Armed Robbery Meadows Way @ Meadows Blvd Victims advised they came to a stop at the intersection in the vehicle in which they were operating. An unknown black male wearing a hoodie approached and brandished a small handgun and placed it against the passengers head. He relieved the passenger of his cellphone and wallet. The suspect then walked around the car and did the same to the driver before he fled on foot and was last seen running west towards Meadows on the Green. A perimeter was established and a K9 track was conducted which yielded negative results. During questioning, both victim’s recollection of the encounter were not consistent. CSI Jean responded.

16-056884 1629 hours Stolen Vehicle 515 SE 27th Terrace #50A.
Victim reported that between 2200 hours and 0700 hours unknown suspects took his black 2015 Taoi-Taoi motor scooter unknown paper tag (VIN L9NPEACB8F1001470). Vehicle entered into FCIC/NCIC.
16-056898 1751 hours Stolen Vehicle 2100 NE 4th Street.
Victim reported between 2000 hours and 1000 hours this morning unknown suspects stole his gold 1995 Toyota Camry which was parked at the above location. The vehicle does not have a tag attached. Victim stated that he is in possession of the keys. Vehicle entered into FCIC/NCIC.

Victim reported that between 0900 and 1830 hours unknown suspects entered her residence by prying the bathroom window and removed 2 large flat screen televisions, a laptop, and a jewelry box.

Victim reported that a black male assaulted her while she was waiting for a ride to a sober home, stole her Iphone, and ran east on W. Gateway Blvd.
