Officer Harris made contact with RACINE, EDWIDGE (02/24/1992) at this location. His contact culminated with the arrest of Racine for possession of cocaine. After processing, Racine was TOT’d PBCJ.

Victim stated that sometime between midnight and 0800hrs an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and after rummaging through the center console, took his wallet containing cash and debit cards. No signs of forced entry.
14-46760 2615 NE 1st Ct. #1306 Shooting into Occupied Dwelling
Victim stated that sometime between midnight and 0100hrs, she was awoken by a loud noise in which she described as an explosion. Thinking that the noise was caused by wiring from her lamp, she did not bother to get up and check it out. When she finally got up later in the morning, she found two bullet holes in her bedroom window. CSI responded and advised that the victim was not the intended target and that the damaged was most likely caused by a stray bullet(s). No injuries.
14046740 0331 hrs auto burglary Chesapeake Cir
Witness / resident exited her home and witnessed a suspect (possibly b/m wearing dark sweatshirt and black shorts) inside of her of sister’s 2011 Toyota. Upon seeing the witness, the suspect fled the area. A perimeter was established and K-9 tracked east to the rear 7228 Chesapeake Cir which borders Meadows on the Green. Suspect not located and remains at large as of this writing. Suspect stole a wallet from within the vehicle which contained approx. $20 cash. Entry gained due to unlocked / unsecured vehicle door.
14-046609 0419hrs Cat Burglary Jonathans Way
Victim stated his wife woke him up stating “there’s a man in the kitchen.” Victim got up, went to check, saw a b/m all black clothing, approx. 6’, 160, black hair, brown, eyes, and slim in built running in the back yard, heading in an unknown direction of travel. Units canvassed the surrounding area yielding negative results. CSI McKinley responded to the scene for processing. Stolen was a wallet, Android Metro PCS Cell Phone, $50.00 in Cash, and a Black Dell Laptop. Point of entry was the unlocked patio door.
14-46686 1733hrs Robbery Shell 2360 North Federal Hwy
Victim stated while waiting at the Shell gas station she was grabbed around her neck and relieved of her cell phone. Upon police arrival, victim refused to cooperate any further.
14-46728 0018hrs Recovered Stolen Auto 627 NE 6th Avenue
Officers responded to the above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival officers located a pick-up truck with an attached trailer running and unoccupied. Records check revealed that it was stolen out of PBSO jurisdiction. PBSO notified and owner responded to scene to recover vehicle.

Victim advised she was preparing a vacant house for show to a prospective buyer when she notice the exterior A/C unit and the indoor air handler were both missing. A smashed, bedroom window on the southwest side of the residence was the point of entry. $3,625 total loss.

Contact was made with w/m Mcelroy, David at the above listed address. A records check revealed that he had an active VOP warrant. After warrant confirmation, Mcelroy was processed and tot’d PBCJ.

Several rods and reels were stolen from a boat between 2300 hours on 10/14 and 2300 hours on 10/16.
