16058886 – 1046 hours Burglary (Residence) 1670 NW 3rd Lane
An unknown black male removed a window screen reached into the home, and removed a 32” Samsung television from within. The residence was occupied by an elderly male and three children when the incident occurred, however they were in another room and did not see the incident occur. The suspect was then observed leaving the residence with the TV by a neighborhood witness. He was described as a black male, wearing a white shirt, blue shorts and glasses. He was last seen walking south on NW 3rd Lane with the TV. Crime scene was negative. The loss was valued at $100.
16058891 – 1211 hours Burglary (Auto) 444 SW 7th Court
Victim reported that an unknown person burglarized his locked 2000 black Dodge Dakota bearing FL 968PWL. The driver’s side window was shattered, and the glove compartment was left open. Items from within the glove compartment were scattered across the passenger seat. Victim reported that his insurance card is missing, and that he will update the report if necessary.
16-058759 1703 hours Strong Arm Robbery 112 SW 8th Place (Leisureville)
The victim stated that a black male in his 20’s dressed in a black hoodie and black pants assaulted her and took her credit card from her pants pocket. The suspect then entered a dark blue or black newer model Audi sedan driven by another black male and fled the scene. Lantana PD reported a similar robbery a short time later at the Publix located at Lantana Road and I-95. BOLO was sent to surrounding agencies.

B/F Kevisha Wester violently resisted officer’s attempts to take her into custody after she committed a felony retail theft. A Taser was deployed and the suspect was taken into custody without further incident.

16-058610 1839 hours Burglary Battery 313 N. Railroad (Coin Laundry).
B/F Shannon Hill (09-13-88) was arrested for Burglary Battery after she entered the victim’s vehicle striking her and dragging her from the car.
16-058625 1935 hours Strong Arm Robbery 101 W. Woolbright Rd. (7-11.)
The victim stated that a short heavy set Hispanic male entered the store with a mask and demanded money. The victim took approximately $100 from the register and handed it to the suspect.
16-058610 1839 hours Burglary Auto 2839 S. Seacrest Blvd. (Boulevard Rehabilitation).
Witness stated that a white male short cropped blond hair, wearing a green shirt and black pants attempted to break into the victims mini-van by smashing the glass with a rock. The burglary was interrupted by the witness and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
