W/M was located unconscious inside his vehicle. BBFR arrived on scene administered several doses of Narcan. He was resuscitated and transported to Bethesda Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
16-060717 Sex Crime 196 Orange Drive 15:44 hours
BBPD responded to the above location in reference to a suspicious incident. The victim advised he observed a naked man driving a white 4 door Toyota slowly through his neighborhood. As the subject (later identified as W/M Kurt Allen Jenkins 05-13-60) drove by the victim he gestured at the victim to look down towards his groin area where the victim observed an electronic device with wires attached to Jenkins penis. The victims advised he turned down Jenkins advances and contacted our agency. BBPD officers arrived. Jenkins was given verbal commands to which he refused to comply. Jenkins was taken to the ground and placed into custody. Jenkins was charged with Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition, Exposure of Sexual Organs and resisting an LEO without violence.
16-060719 Overdose Non-Fatal 225 NW 6th Avenue 16:03 hours
W/M was found disoriented and sweating profusely. BBFR responded and provided medical care. He was transported to Bethesda Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
16-060722 Burglary to Auto 1105 SE 2nd St 16:06 hours
Victim advised sometime between 15:00 hours and 16:00 hours unknown person(s) entered his unsecured vehicle and removed property (cash, credit cards, and license) from the center console.
16-060750 Overdose Non-Fatal 2821 S. Federal Hwy 18:46 hours W/F/Juvenile was found unresponsive/not breathing due to a heroin overdose. Officers began first aid techniques prior to BBFR arrival. BBFR administered Narcan and then transported her to Bethesda Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
16-060761 Overdose Non-Fatal 409 W. Boynton Beach Blvd 19:47 hours
W/M who overdosed earlier in the day (see16-060719) was located in the hallway of a halfway house just north of 409 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. after he overdosed on an unknown type of drug. BBFR responded to scene and during transport he became combative during transport to Bethesda Memorial Hospital. he was sedated at the hospital.
16060645- 0830 hours Burglary (Auto) 1116 Lake Terrace
Victim reported that his 2000 blue Chrysler Sebring bearing FL tag 059RFZ, was burglarized by an unknown person. He found the vehicle glove compartment open, and items scattered across the passenger side seat and floor. He conducted an inventory check of his vehicle, however nothing appeared missing.
16060650- 0857 hours Burglary (Auto) 1118 Lake Terrace
Victim reported that her purple 2010 Toyota Scion XB with FL tag 4361VH and VIN #JTLZE4FE7A1116637 was broken into by an unknown person. The front passenger window was shattered, and a bag containing Orthodontic Appliances valued at approximately $10,000 was taken.
