Victim advised sometime between 0200 hours and 2200 hours on 10-03-2016 unknown subject(s) entered her unsecured vehicle and removed her black Kel Tek 9mm Pistol from the driver side door compartment.
16-055062 Strong Arm Robbery EZ Mart 1005 N Seacrest Blvd 23:39 hours
Victim told officers he was confronted by two B/M subjects in the parking lot of EZ Mart. The first subject told him that he was in wrong part of town as he pulled the victims bike. As the victim held onto the bike the subject punched him repeatedly in the face knocking him backwards onto the ground. A second subject took his wallet, fishing pole/reel, and tackle box. The victim described the first subject as a black male, wearing a white shirt, grayish/brown jean shorts, black shoes, mid to late 30’s. short hair and numerous bumps on his face. FD responded to scene; the victim was transport to Bethesda Memorial Hospital where he received treatment for his injuries.

Unknown person(s) broke into a storage shed and stole 2 Honda pressure washers ($800.00 total, unknown model/serial #’s), lawn blower ($200 unknown make/model/serial#), and a floor buffer ($800 unknown make/model/serial#).

Scott Titlebaum (DOB 5/21/78) was arrested when his employer learned that over the past several years he had taken approximately 500 oxycodone tablets from within sealed bottles, and replaced them with blood pressure medication. He was TOT the PBCJ.
