While on patrol Officer Sohn spotted b/m Jean Joseph operating a 2010 White Mercedes C300 bearing FL. Tag HBGE09. Sohn had knowledge of an active DNA warrant which was to be executed upon contact with Joseph. After conducting a stop on the vehicle; Sohn smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Joseph was subsequently detained pending a search of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed the discovery of multiple narcotics and $2,744 in cash. Joseph was arrested and charged with Possession with intent to Sale (Crack Cocaine), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed at BBPD and tot PBCJ. His Mercedes and $2,744 was seized for Forfeiture.

Victim told police that sometime between 0710 hours and 1520 hours unknown individual(s) entered her residence through a patio sliding glass door. The sliding glass door was found shattered and the screen was cut out. During a check of the residence the victim learned that two Black Amazon Fire tablets and One Black AT&T Alcatel tablet were missing from the residence.

Victim told police that unknown individual(s) entered her fenced in yard and took four bicycles sometime between 10/4/17 at 1700 hours and 10/6/2017 at 2000 hours. The bicycles had been chained to her back window however the chain had been cut. Taken were two bicycles blue in color and two that were brown and orange.

BBPD units attempted to stop a blue 2011 Audi A6 bearing Fl Tag EZUP77 in the 400 block of NW 10th Avenue however the vehicle continued to travel at a high rate of speed away from the patrol car. At the time this vehicle was following a Black newer model Chevrolet/Cadillac SUV. Both vehicles entered I95 forcing the patrol units to terminate the stop.
