15-047899 0811 hours Burglary Residence 1457 SW 25th PL
Sometime between 10-04-15 @ 2100hrs and 0811hrs today, unknown suspect entered the victim’s closed in patio and took two portable Honda generators without permission.
15-048009 Credit Card Forgery – Arrest 550 N. Congress Avenue
Officer Grigorian arrested B/M Newton Gayle, after a thorough investigation revealed that he attempted to purchase a PlayStation 4 with a fraudulently manufactured credit card. Gayle was charged with Credit Card Forgery and Obtaining Goods by Fraudulent Means. Later, Gayle was processed and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-048015 Residential Burglary – Delayed SW 4th Avenue
Officers met with Fernando Menendez, who reported that an unknown person(s) entered the rear fenced yard of his residence for the purposes of stealing items from his shed. Once the unknown person(s) entered the shed, they rummaged through and stole lawn maintenance equipment from therein. Crime Scene was negative.
15-048025 Open Container – Arrest 541 SE 18th Avenue
Officer Esteves made contact with W/M Martin Bastick; who apparently was openly drinking an alcoholic beverage at the aforesaid location. During the officers’ interaction with Bastick; he was in possession of a cold/open can of an alcoholic beverage. Bastick was charged accordingly and later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
