Christian Harper was arrested subsequent to a traffic stop. Harper resisted and after a brief struggle was taken into custody without injury. Dilaudid and Marijuana <20g were seized. Harper was t.o.t. PBCJ
15-042639 0716 hours Burglary Auto NW 25th Ave
Victim parked her vehicle in her car port and left it unsecured on 09-10-15 around 1800hrs. When she returned to the vehicle today around 0715hrs, she discovered that an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and removed her purse without her permission. Prior to police arrival, the victim found her purse in some bushes located just north of her home. CSI responded and processed the scene. .
15-042663 1100 hours Burglary Res/Forced Maple LN
Units responded in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival they observed the rear sliding door open as well as a window above the kitchen sink. The house was cleared and nothing appeared out of place. The homeowner arrived and confirmed that nothing was taken and that she did secure the home when she left today at around 1000hrs. A witness advised that they heard the alarm go off and observed a small white SUV type vehicle, driven by a Hispanic female backing out of the driveway.
15-042741 1804 hours Possession of Heroin/Arrest Gulfstream/Federal Hwy
Officer Grigorian conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that witnesses observed to be occupied by a male driver who was falling asleep while driving. It was determined that the driver, Aaron Meissner 08/10/83, was in possession of Heroin. He was subsequently arrested and sent to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-042887 1316 hours Stolen Auto (GTA) NE 4th St.
Victim parked his vehicle (1995 Black, Nissan 240 SX) at a relative’s home today around 0100hrs and left it unsecured and with the keys in the ignition. When he returned, he noticed that an unknown suspect took the vehicle and its contents (wallet and cell phone) without his permission. Vehicle was entered into FC/NCIC as stolen.
15-042959 Criminal Mischief – Arrest 131 SE 5th Avenue
Officer Castro arrested W/M Kyle O’Loughlin, after a thorough investigation revealed that O’Loughlin smashed the window insert of the front entry door. Afterwards, O’Loughlin was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-042972 Open Container/Possession of Cocaine – Arrest State Road 9/Hypoluxo Road
Officer Melo made contact with B/M Fedelin Pericles and B/M Toby McGee; during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. During the encounter, in plain view, several open alcoholic beverages and a plastic baggie containing cocaine were noted within the vehicle. Pericles was charged accordingly and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-043002 Battery on LEO/Disorderly Conduct – Arrest 365 N. Congress Avenue
Officers responded to the aforesaid location in reference to customer(s) not paying the cover charge to watch the pay-per-view boxing telecast. As Officer Grigorian was escorting B/M Kesner Promaphile, from the premises; Promaphile swung his elbow backwards striking Officer Grigorian in the upper left arm. As Officer Grigorian was arresting Promaphile; a B/F Loudegenie Louis approached the officers and started to grab the officers’ arms in an attempt to pull them from making a lawful arrest of Promaphile. Loudegenie’s actions resulted in her arrest as well. It should be noted that Officer Grigorian did not sustain any injuries from the incident. Afterwards, Promaphile and Loudegenie were transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-043070 1325 hours Stolen Auto (GTA) NE 26th Ave
Victim parked his vehicle (1995, brown, Chevy, Astro Van) in front of relative’s home and left it unsecured and running with the keys in the ignition. Two minutes later he returned to find that unknown suspect(s) took the vehicle and its contents (wallet, tools and cell phone) without his permission. Vehicle was entered into FC/NCIC as stolen.
15-043137 Possession of Paraphernalia – Arrest 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Vargas made contact with B/M Shelby Pratt; during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. In plain view, a crack pipe was seen in the driver’s side door pocket; resulting in Pratt’s arrest for drug paraphernalia. Pratt was charged accordingly and later released with a Notice to Appear.
15-043140 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed NW 6th Court
Officers met with Hue Phan, who reported that after parking her vehicle, at the aforesaid location, an unknown person(s) entered her unsecured vehicle (described as a 2012 Gray Toyota Tacoma pickup) – resulting in the unknown person(s) stealing her Black HP laptop computer from therein.
15-043150 Disorderly Conduct/Criminal Mischief – Arrest 3112 SE 1st Place
Officer Esteves arrested W/M Carter Rucker; after a succinct investigation revealed that Rucker caused a disturbance at the aforesaid sober home and in the commotion Rucker damaged a wood door. Rucker was charged accordingly and later released with a Notice to Appear.
