Officer Harris observed a Gold Cadillac CTS, parked in the driveway which was later discovered stolen through FCIC/NCIC. Based on Officer Harris’s investigation, B/M Millines, Ashton J (12.06.89), was arrested reference to Theft Of the Motor Vehicle.
15-045157 0814 hours Delay Burglary to Auto 27th Avenue
Victim advised unknown person (s), burglarized there unsecured 2010 gray Chevy Traverse, between September 22, 2015, 1600 hours and this date 0730 hours. Left within the vehicle was the victim’s business deposit bag for O’Connor’s Pub located at 210 NE 2nd Street, Delray Beach, Florida. The deposit bag contained $1526 in US Currency. Prior to phoning BBPD, the interior of the vehicle was cleaned. Crime scene yielded negative results for latent prints.

Victim advised unknown person (s), burglarized there unsecured 2013 black Volkswagen Passat, between September 22, 2015, 2200 hours and this date 0600 hours. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle only ransacked.
