Boynton Beach Police are investigating an armed robbery Friday night at a Kwik Stop on Southeast 23rd Avenue.
A suspect armed with a silver handgun entered the store shortly after 8 p.m., and demanded money from a clerk. He took an undisclosed amount of cash, and was last seen running southbound across Southeast 23rd Avenue.
The suspect is described as a black male with a stocky build, wearing a gray bandana to conceal most of his face. He also wore a long-sleeve blue hooded sweatshirt that had a large yellow “N” on the front of it, jeans and black gloves.
