Boynton Beach Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Friday at a Regions Bank on West Gateway Boulevard.
The suspect entered the bank around 2:15 p.m. and put a handwritten note against the glass of a teller’s window that said he had a bomb. He fled in a newer model white Ford Fiesta with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early 40’s, about 6 feet tall, clean shaven, wearing sunglasses, latex gloves and a large tan straw landscaping hat.
