Police last night charged Jessie James Smith, 53, with grand theft and burglary while armed for stealing a Glock .9mm pistol from Loves Auto Group last week.
The video below shows Smith committing the crime. Someone recognized Smith at the Palm Beach Kennel Club last night and PBSO deputies took him into custody for us. Smith is currently in the Palm Beach County Jail.
