Victim advised a dark in color vehicle with 4 subjects approached him as he stood in front of the aforementioned address. A Hispanic male reached out the back passenger window and pointed a black handgun at him as the vehicle drove off in a northbound direction. Units canvassed the area until the BBPD K-9 unit located a Blue Volkswagen (Fl KHCT72) in the area of 400 NW 11th Avenue. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, however the driver refused to stop until reaching W. Woolbright road and I95 southbound entrance ramp where a felony stop was conducted. Three occupants were removed from the vehicle. W/M Pedro Cardona was charged with Aggravated Assault with a firearm, processed and tot to PBCJ. W/F Taylor Wetherington was charged with fleeing and eluding, and Suspended DL.
