Incredible work by Det. Danielle Whitefield, Crime Analyst Jan Clark and Officer Cynthia Rivera led to the arrest yesterday of Lamar Allen for grand theft.
Allen is identified as the man who stole nearly $1,500 in cologne from an Ulta Beauty store in Boynton Beach on Dec. 9, 2021.
Allen, 34, of Boynton Beach was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
