Victim advised he was making a delivery for the Golden Phoenix when 2 B/M’s (described as one thin build black male and one heavy set male) approached his vehicle while he was in the entrance of the crossings. Both subjects brandished guns while attempting to take the victims vehicle. The victim was able to drive away but was robbed of the food cash.

Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) stole his 2015 Mazda, red in color, Fl Tag ILNA66 after he left it unlocked with the keys inside.

Lenard McDowell, Jamal Evans, William Moreland and Christopher Franklin decided to steal property from Walmart, they were apprehended as they attempted to flee from the area. Property recovered.
19-069397 Residential Burglary Stirrup Cay Ct. 1130hrs.
Victim advised that sometime last week unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole property from within.

Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) damaged the exterior of two vehicles.
19-069394 Criminal Mischief SW 23rd Cranbrook Dr. 1243hrs.
Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) damaged the paint on his vehicle, multiple scratches.
19-69247 3501 W. BB Blvd DUI/Overdose 1726 Hrs
An adult male was found overdosing within a pickup truck, but recovered after being administered Naloxone by traffic unit personnel. The male was transported to Bethesda and later consented to a blood draw. Suspect heroin was seized from within the vehicle, and charges are pending toxicology results.
19-69268 RaceTrac Stolen Vehicle 1928 Hrs
The owner of a 2007 black Dodge Nitro (FL- BMYF04) left the vehicle running and unlocked to enter the store. Two suspects were seen leaving with the vehicle, but video was unavailable for review.

Fl tag JCGJ01 was stolen from victim’s vehicle and Fl tag GFYV33 was attached in its place.
19-069178 Suspicious Incident 1056 SW 25th Pl. 1128 hrs.
Caller’s juvenile son advised that he and a small group of friends were approached by a W/M subject driving a white panel type van, no rear windows, unknown tag or further descriptors. The incident occurred on 12/13/2019 at approximately 2000 hrs. The male attempted to speak with the juveniles who ignored his questions and fled the area. No further information.
19-069176 Suspicious Vehicle 801 N. Congress Ave. 1143 hrs.
BBPD Units were advised of a white or light colored VW hatchback or SUV driving through the Mall parking lot. Allegedly the passenger was exiting the vehicle and trying to enter vehicles in the parking lot, checking for unlocked vehicles.
19-069054 Auto Burglary W. Gateway Blvd 1720 hours
Victim stated she entered the business for approx. five minutes. When she returned she noticed the driver side window smashed and her backpack and laptop missing.
19-069109 Fleeing/Narcotics Trafficking 600 NE 2nd Street 2341 hours
Officers attempted to stop a black Ford Mustang regarding reckless driving. Officers terminated their efforts as the vehicle was last seen on SE 1st Street towards Woolbright Road. Moments later the Mustang collided with another vehicle at the 1200 block S. Seacrest Blvd. The driver is charged with Fleeing/Eluding and Narcotics Trafficking (Heroin and Pills). A stolen AK-47 with a loaded 30 round magazine and a drum magazine of .223 was also recovered.

At approximately 0540hrs unknown suspect(s) entered the business and stole property from within, driving away in a U Haul truck.

Victim advised that sometime between the hours of 1930 on 12/12/19 and 0700 this morning unknown suspect(s) entered their vehicle, believed to be unsecured and stole property from within.

Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) entered his unsecured vehicle and stole a pistol.

Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) entered their vehicle by unknown means and stole property from within, then locked the doors and trunk before leaving the vehicle.

Brittany Grant decided to steal property from the business, she was detained by Loss Prevention and arrested by BBPD, she was issued a Notice to Appear.
